Lower your graphics settings a bit that should help lower resolutions and lower texture settings reduce vram usage also look into removing shaders and shadows completely

@@HateLesSGaming windowed + potato mode; lowing the resolution via ingame setting didn't reduce the load - at least It hasn't shown it in task manager. Gonna do some testing in simultaneos jumping via stargate later on...otherwise I have idea where exactly the settings.ini is to manually disable/reduce setting below ingame available options

@@trumpsextratesticle8590 I asked around in my alliance and they mentioned running out of VRAM on 8GB versions with 20 accs...so in theory, 11 to 12GB should be sufficient due me being able to run 12 accs with 4gb with no software in potato mode.

@@trumpsextratesticle8590 11 to 12GB is sufficient for 1 screen 1080P in potato for 24 accs. No idea on multiscreens. As for hardware I'm planing to ditch Ryzen 5 4600HS with 6C12T and 40GB RAM for Intel Xeon E5-2687W V4 + 128GB RAM + RTX 2060 12GB (latter one is was thought of as being useless due 10-18% slower than a RTX 3060 8GB) all packed in HP Z440 tower...

The framerate lock and using eve-o window mode is even more important in citidals now also I run 18 accounts now and have headroom for more gpu usage is at 30% for me and cpu is up to 50-55 %

@@surlyboomergaming2517 do be mindful if you undock them all rapidly or dock them rapidly you will run into issues with higher settings docking a single account into a keepstar can use up 20% cpu for a good 10-20 seconds on my pc

a freshly logged in and docked pilot will use less ram then one that is undocked and doing stuff

@@HateLesSGaming Mmm I use 1.7 gb of ram when docked (after loggin in). When undocked it spikes to 2.2 gb per client. Not sure what's up with my clients.

Have you seen hateless's video on the mining yield on hulks? If you multibox 14 accounts you could pay for all 14 within a few hours of mining just a few days in a maxed out fleet with boosts. It's insane.

You can also skill farm the alts once they have their needed skills making them super easy to keep plexed

EVE is so much more fun with multiple characters because you can get stuff done so much quicker. I scan down a wormholes twice as fast running two characters than I would with just one so that I can then enjoy PVP, exploration, mining or whatever I want to do that night. It is a game built so that it's impossible for one character to be good at everything. So if you are like me and like a bit of everything and likes do do new things every day, there is literally no way that I could make that happen without having many alts. Even if I were to skill inject one guy into being a jack of all traits he would still be heavily limited by his location at any given time and the time it takes you to switch activity and set for another activity. Right now, I can have industry guys sitting ready in the indy station, ratting guys ready in the ratting station with the ship they need, trading guys in jita and other stuff. I highly recommend trying it out!

For me even the 20 monthly is questionable at best, since i dont have that much sp i feel like i cant do shit unless i wait 2 years to start actually playing the game anyway so having alts doesnt change anything cause the sp requirement is there anyway

@@frozby5973 I don’t pay any real money for my accounts. It’s all plexed through my trading alts and PI income. Well, the SP requirement goes down when you can specialize a character into training one area. For example. My trade alt only have 2 lvl 5 training implants in for charisma and memory. Cause I don’t need anything else for him. They also have all their attributes set for to be max in those two areas. So they train trading about 25% faster than a normal char.

I agree 100%. All the counterpoints have to do with making things easier as the game CURRENTLY stands. If singleboxing was the norm those 'tedious' things would have eventually been changed as Quality of Life updates. Ten years ago, when averaged out, it was 1.5 accounts per player. As of May 2022, the average is now 2.6. There's a lot less actual real players out in space. Unfortunately the cat is out of the bag, if CCP banned multi-accounts it would be a huge betrayal for all the people dumping so much $$$ into all those alts after all these years, even making sales specifically targeted to multi-accounts (Power of 2). And most likely kill the game. Yeah, not happening unless they make a separate server that's locked to 1 client per IP.

@@user-pn7pq2xv3g i wouldnt mind multiboxing, but to be able to plex even one account with isk is nearly impossible as a relatively fresh player, im locked behind this skill queue, old af players are able to make bilions meanwhile im here searching for scraps no matter which ingame path i take with no real progression in sight, making an alt doesnt bring me any advantage as id have to wait for skills on that char aswell so whats the point then ? Might aswell play any other game since this one clearly doesnt want me to play it.
