Dylan did you purposely sync the background music to the gameplay so that when Cameron played Dockside at the end it coincided with the breakdown? It was *chef’s kiss* That being said, needs more Jesus Piece!

Unfortunately it's an awful format. However, there's a competitive 2v2 variant that's quite good, essentially you sit opposite your partner and don't have shared turns or life totals. I might have to push for our next collab to be something like that.

I've tried constructed two-headed giant in several formats including EDH, and unfortunately it's not so fun. Often, the rules make it so that no cards can be shared between teammates' lists. Even then, the correct strategy is usually to have one all-in fast combo player with little protection or interaction at all and one all-in control or stax player with no wincons at all.

Awesome game play video. Just subscribed. I got a question for Cam who's playing kraum and thrasios. Is there a reason you are playing barrin master wizard instead of temor Sabre tooth? Also, how come there's no jeskas will or hullbreacher? I'm asking because I want to make a similar deck.

what a game! Am I wrong here? Once Mana Crypt triggers, damage kills cob and the turn ends as a state-based action (18:25). So the only window to activate Thrasios is with Mana Crypt still on the stack

Dylan could have targeted the dockside paying the one for rystic at 3:49 and just flashed back the S Reclaimation so he could pay the one again, he would also get cloud stone curio and maybe found a way to make infinite and bolt the table to dead with jeska

6:10 I FELT THAT A couple month ago i played a game with my Kaervek (yeah, casual.) It went bonkers good. During the (almost) winning turn, the only counterspell in my opponents' hands got thrown at me. I just went "ah, damn" FORGETTING that i literally just put a Imp's Mischief in my deck. I could have sacrificed two more creatures with Razaketh for Dark Ritual and the Mischief and WON. But i literally forgot about that and I lost a turn later. It still hurts :(

That Thrasios Kraum deck is really sick. You guys should submit it to the DDB, the previous Thrasios Kraum list got removed. There was a 404 error on the primer for it. It would be awesome to see it on the DDB again

Someone correct me if i'm wrong but once a player is choosing whether or not to pay for rhystic study then the ability is resolving, so if they choose not to pay it can't be responded to with noxious revival as the ability was just resolved?

Can someone explain why the second flusterstorm didn't shut down the first flusterstorm that was cast on that day stack?

Flusterstorm only counters unless the opponent can pay mana for it. Cobblepots fluster had all its copies targeting evolution, cams fluster had each of his copies target one of cobbles copies. Cobble paid 1 mana enough times for x number of his flusters to not get countered, allowing them to successfully counter evolution (cam had spent all his mana at this point and couldn't simply pay to prevent cobbles surviving flusters)

Can't Cameron counter all of the Flusterstorms with his own Flusterstorm? Why does Evo still get countered?

Flusterstorm's effect is to counter a spell UNLESS it's controller pays 1. Cam was out of mana, so I paid for enough of his Fluster copies to ensure Evolution got countered.
