As a new Sisay player having an Abolisher effect is nice. Then you realize Otawara is a card and you wished you had silence. Bit as an old rule, you gotta go for it and if they have it oh well.

No one wants to waste their removal on a low to mid-power value or engine item, then the board becomes full of low to mid-power engine items.

Winota + Yuriko would be unbelievably busted. You'd get all the benefits of Winota with all the protection and the ability to close it out with Yuriko triggers.

I feel like there's some untouched design space for huge stacks like this. Imagine something like a red Runic Armasaur that damages opponents off their triggers.
@@jacksunflare An aggro Changeling Tribal deck. It's my spin on Ur-Dragon Changelings. Not a lot of counterspell interaction in it, as befits the style, so the ones I do have I want to make them count.
In yugioh, they printed a burn card that burns them every time they activate an effect. If this were applied to cedh where they get burned everytime they add to the stack it would be very flavorful especially in red
