When times were simple. I was 4yrs old when this came on. Watching this I wish I was old enough to be right there without a care in the world. This is when people actually DANCED at a party. Now these pathletic younglings be in the club on their damn phomes. RIP 80s and thank God I lived to see them.
I remember watching this on ABC TV back in 1979 on channel 8, when life was good and everyone had a good time. Not like today where everyone has their panties in a bunch. Playboy was a class act that had the most beautiful women. RIP Hugh Hefner and thanks for the good times.
You don't remember the local stations doing a programming interruption? Ours was stupid. It started "we don't have breaking news. Just wanted to let you know when you can turn your TVs back on after this filth. We'll be here at 11 for the news." If ppl turned off the TV how would they know about their interruption? I remember ppl clutching their pearls back then too.
Playboy has so much money sitting in their archives, the TV Specials, Jazz Specials, and After Darks. If they were remastered and put out to outlets like Me-TV, Cozi, etc. I am sure they would be most welcome.
