Since this will be a new series, I want to see bojii or joseee- next time. Also, Etienne, I have been watching your vids, pretty great job/runs as always and thanks to your tutorials on Etterna, I have gotten really good on 4k lately. Keep up the good work and I can't wait to see your next upload o/
Further dedication to this game and its community will allow it to grow and prosper, and perhaps see others following in your foot steps with more content for this incredible game. I can't wait. Well done.
I would absolutely love to see one of these for ATTang, Mina, or Staiain. Or really any of the best of the best. Love this type of video, thank you for doing them.
Manip is like the most important skillset in top tier mania now, just look at ATTang and Nate, they dont play those jump streams and speed streams by clicking each individual note and allows them to surpass the impossible (or at least charts seen as impossible to A or S or AA back in 2016)
yes, guitar hero fucks your hands stamina to the point where you can play for hours on ends. I've played clone hero on keyboard like osu mania for over 2 years and i can tell you it really gives you a train and including how the songs are quite alot harder personally.
hitting patterns in a way that doesn't necessarily imply complete accuracy in favor of greater speed or hitting them at all it's usually used if the note density is high enough to facilitate such an action: for example, if there are two notes, one each in columns 3 and 4, with a small delay in between the two, you can hit the two notes at the same time instead of actually hitting them individually it's probably not going to be as accurate, as the timing is more approximated, but when you have a lot of these kinds of things happening at once it sometimes gets you a better score to do this approximation instead of trying to play precisely as indicated and potentially missing notes as a result most commonly, this happens with really fast rolls (12341234 or similar), which can be jumptrilled (as [12][34][12][34][12][34][12][34]) instead
Modern speed/stream files have relatively similar (meta) patterning which feel nice to hit. Anti meta speed just means that he's good at playing awkward (non-meta) patterns at high speeds.
@@theonlybass8947 so like hitting a stair as a jump trill ig but then how do people like jkzu jumptrill so fast and when you look at their kps counter or handcam it looks like they are jumptrilling and hitting some of the notes and then going back to jumptrilling and then they hit all notes
@@jivinmonging a lot of top end stamina stuff looks like jumptrills in the handcam lmao. players that manip at the top end of speed in osumania is very common, since it is much easier to do in that game.
I still hold to the same opinions of his playstyle and just his playstyle alone, however "insulting" is where I take issue with your comment. This doesn't mean that I'm incapable of making a neutral video about him for my viewers to enjoy.
@@EtienneYT I'm not saying you're incapable of making a friendly or neutral video regarding him, I just feel like there's some level of being a hypocrite where outside of the video you've been heard slagging him off for his playstyle and such, but in the video you're praising him.
@@Pipperchu Complimenting his scores that are good in my eyes do not qualify as praise. And aside from the scores, I am speaking from a completely objective standpoint in the rest of the video. Sorry you were expecting me to rant about pattern manipulation for five minutes.
