You can look at certain people in your lives and you think, How BEAUTIFUL do you think they'll be in say, 20 or 40 year's?? Ron Moss has barely aged, he's the most beautiful 60 or 70 year old I've ever seen. PETER BECKETT, HE'S aged, but gracefully!!! Guys, your music is a true gift, this woman wants to say, THANK YOU!!! Ronnie was 60 years of age in 2012 and today he is 69. He was born on March 4th, 1952 in Los Angeles, CA. He is truly a very handsome man for me too, I Loves him with all my heart❣. ❤ 😁 ❤.
Man, when I come across these songs from our younger, simpler times, I can't help but hope people thank you once in a while for the music and the memories you gave to us. This song takes me back playing 45s on a Hi-Fi, to Jr. High, a couple's skate at our local rink, new crushes and too many break-ups to mention. But it represents everything that was good about growing up during that time and the music that would be the soundtrack of our youth. This is still better than most any music being made today and you guys still play and sing it to perfection. Good for you for honoring what this song has meant for Player's legacy by continuing to play it, and sincerely.... thank you Peter & Ronn!
@wub dub The original 4 piece lineup was the true gem . They said they knew "Baby Come back" was a hit when they first recorded it in 1977. J.C. Crowley Co wrote the tune , originally sang the part " NOTHING LEFT FOR ME" and was the lead singer on "This time I'm in it for love".

I live in Italy and... most of the people here don't even know this song was such a hit worldwide in '78... for some unknown reason, it didn't quite get here, I have actually never listened to it on the radio, although it had been certainly broadcast back then... the fact that Player were on this popular morning show is that Ronn Moss is a legend over here, and to say he's a legend is just not enough... take a look at the guys taking pics while they're playing... and this was a morning show, says it all... Hi, Peter, I have a soft spot for Everton (same colours as my hometown team Rangers), but something tells me you should be a Liverpool fan... am I wrong? ;-)
