No one should be made to feel fear on their jobs between themselves and other co-workers. Because like it or not players and referees are co-workers and all boundaries should be respected no matter your feelings. And this doesn't only apply to just women it also applies to male referees as well they don't deserve to be screamed at in their face, chased down the field or need help from other players to stop whatever aggressive action that is going on. Players who behave this way or cross that line should be fine by the team and a portion of that fine should be given to the referee that they disrespected.
I get what u mean but a lot of time the dudes are runnin on so much adrenaline they’re not even necessarily always thinking logically. Their head is in the game.
@@aurequinox I didn't say that this man was good, sure he is weak for picking fight with a women but at the same time if there were no one watching and they're in street, that women should absolutely NOT fight with him and stand her ground or else it would be called stupidity rather than bravery, there is a thin line between those two words you agree?

that's basic curtsy. male or female, a refree deserves to be respected. players can't go around harrassing them if they don't like their decisions. stop prasing men for basic human decency

@@BBelle64the devil doesn't need advocates. The girl probably didn't ask to be protected. Obviously the people that defended her felt the player was trying to intimidate her. He may have felt a sense of superiority as player vs ref, man vs woman, or you work for me attitude, and they felt it was wrong enough to come to her defense. Maybe they know personally what he was capable of.
Stick women in womens sports! Only men know how rough mens sports are and for someone who needs additional protection just becomes an extra thing to worry about.

@@dust-hf5psu dont have to be physicaly strong strong to be a soccer referee just strong enough with good stamina. Its the players fault for being rude to them and even try to attack female referees bcs they look down on female referees and only stepped back when a male referee or other players stepped in. Dont act like referees can fight back bcs its by the rules they shouldnt and the players too
Imagine, living in a world where you think you’re equal to men but literally every time you’re confronted by a man, you act weak and have to have another man step up for you and take the heat so you don’t start crying.smh .. really sad that women can’t just wake up and realize they’re not equal to men. They are beautiful, delicate, soft creatures, and they are the givers of life in this world, but they are not strong, aggressive or capable, like men are it’s just a fact.
Why do we have to give extra little respects to women and protect them if they are equal and get all of mens rights? How is that fair? men go to war. Why should women all get our stuff?
I love how other guys always ran up to protect the girls. That's how real men act. They are the protectors. Or how the guys accidentally ran into them and they grabbed them to make sure they didn't fall.
The last one was a good example of friendship and respect. Joking around kindly is a proof of mutual respect. The one who chased the referee deserves suspension for this shity behavior

@Britt1Marie first your completely wrong, there's tons of clips of sports players running into people on the sidelines and grabbing them and tryn to prevent them from falling, 99% men helping men.... comments like this is the stuff that makes men scared to help women... some people make everything into an issue.
I love it when other refs and plays step in to help a ref when one of the players is being a jerk. No matter the gender of a ref, they are in charge at that moment. They should be respected. They are human beings. They should be respected.

They do that to male refs too. It’s not just the female refs. That happens all the time in all the pro sports lol can’t cancel everyone bc they in the heat of the moment
