Hello mr Gorp, as for your ear congestion, you can try to heat olive oil to body heat temperatures and pour it into your ear. Let it sit for 20-30 seconds, and let it out again. Otherwise you can go to the apothecary and find some stuff that can help with ear wax, which might work as well. That has helped me with clogged ears!

Depression can take a large toll on you. Take it from someone who has gone through it, seek help. Find someone to talk to. Find someone to vent to. If you don't have anybody close to you who understands the situation, get help from professionals. Dial a suicide hotline if you have to. Ending it all is not the answer.
