I will pay you to make a mod where you can play as other creatures in campaigns essentially the same as the Slugcats and weird mutations too. EX: Most noots suck juice out of the skin of popcorn plants, but what if one has to rely on lizards? Forget Slugpups, we need Nootlings.
@@rosyyt4130 dont we have nootlings already? If you mean adoptable nootlings, well maybe if you hatch a noot egg in your shelter the nootling could see you as their parent and then you have to feed and take care of it and maybe after enough cycles the nootling can grow up to be a fierce, loyal adult noot as a reward for caring for something you could easily make a snack of and maybe eaven brant a unique passage
@@deboraluz27 hatching noot eggs in your shelter is a thing, it'd be really cool to have a raising system like you described though! maybe a passage for it could be called The Caretaker
Although noots are the opposite of rotund, they're similar to Gourmand with powerful "spears" but you're fucked when you miss. 🤣 They also really have no reason to attack other animals except for self-defense and revenge (if you mess with their kids). We never see them in game of course, but their long noots might be for sucking up nectar.
Five Pebbles: A mutated noot that drinks blood instead of popcorn plant juice? No more slugcats in my structure now- **The noot misses a shot in a fight with a slug** DARN IT!
@@rosyyt4130 Five Pebbles: *Creates many more mutated Noots to destroy any Slugcat who wants to come near him* (Also I havent even gotten to the part of the game with Five Pebbles yet lol)
Its crazy to think how Noots can travel as fast as the speed of sound without gaining speed at all, and how the fangs they pierce there victims with is Tough as fuck while being able to fit inside the body and the whole body not breaking apart after crashing in such high velocity while having a “slinky body” Tho even after all that they seem very realistic and quite believable.
Somebody add a Noodlefly campaign where you sip blood instead of nectar Actually add ten Noodlefly campaigns. Actually I don’t even care somebody make a mod where you can play as another creature
i remember being stuck somewhere because a noodlefly kept spawn killing me the moment i went out of my shelter i literally had to use speedrun strategies to get out of that shelter and dodge the noodlefly, barely making it to a gate
You know if you bring a noodle fly egg to your shelter it will hatch after hibernation and the 2 little ones will follow you..... now i need the option for them to grow and fight for me😎
@@flamepelt3092 are you missing the point of what mod are or what? "canonically" there's only 7 slugcats and there's no clothes for them to wear but surprise surprise with mods you can have many extra slugcats and put clothes made for them
im still confused how you even got to play as a noodlefly, I haven't been able to find a way to play as anything else in safari mode other than the slugcats
I don't play rainworld but i don't think that's safari mode. In that you start out as an overseer and from there you can possess any creature. I wouldn't know what you're mixing it up with though.
Man noodle fly is cracked Good mobility and a command dash Capable of 1 shotting most creatures up to a centiwing which means similar dps to gourmand The only real downside is the 24 frames of active startup on the command dash along with a sizable portion of endlag You can't even combo noodle fly due to it's high aireal drift I think that the noodle fly might be s teir and I can definitely see a nerf to it at some point in the near future
Sorry if it is a dumb question, but is that a mod, or part of the Downpour dlc? Sorry, i didn't played it yet, so i am not sure if is this mod or the dlc ;-;
With the downpour dlc, you can infact play as other silly animals with the help of safari mode (Albeit you have to find the safari unlock in the region your looking to play in)
I prefer the mod that shows when your score changes, it'll show you the little icon for the creature in the corner when it dies and everything. That way you can know when a thing is dead, but its not *that* big a change from the intended gameplay, (where, just like in real life, there's no healthbars. I dunno, I just like having a little bit of the realistic elements of being a little creature in an alien ecosystem...)
