Pretty cool! Remembered reading about this game from Rich Dad Poor Dad a long time ago. Didn't realize there's an online game. Thanks for the introduction and really enjoyed the parallels to real-world perspective!
Hey thanks for watching the video! Glad that you like it. Please subscribe to our channel for more content on finance. Well, you are partially right, I have been living in Singapore for a couple of years, I am originally from Malaysia the neighboring country, hence the accent are pretty similar. For the eyebags, don’t relate to the country, it is purely genetic from family I guess. Could you do me a favor and let us know what other topics you particularly like about this channel?
when someone purchases a house they usually make a downpayment and the bank will pay the rest. The owner will then have to service the mortgage from the bank. The bank earns interest from the mortgage. Same way if the owner sells the house, the buyer only pays the downpayment, the bank adds on the rest. Then the buyer service the mortgage.
@@AxeandYung yes you did recommend it one time before and then i tried it. Actually i have no experience in actual investments in the real estate market but my guess is that the game is very oversimplified and blends out many risks and uncertainties. Ok...but its a game and it is surely ti be seen like that and that makes it fun again. 🙂
Thank you for your comment. In reality, buying estate seems complicated to involve multiple people. We think it is worth to buy if you identify good property in good location, reasonable price and has potential to increase in capital. However, we understand there are many more ways to increase wealth, just a process of learning😀
