Take a look at 8:48, your King is trapped, you moved rook f4, but your opponent can position the other rook at b7, double trapping your king, then sacrifice the f6 pawn that you wanted to take, and checkmated you with rook A2, as the B column was guarded. He later made a mistake with A2 check (without covering the B column) and your king was free again. In Those complex cases, when you have two pawns more, just change one of the rooks, as it would be impossible for your opponent to find a trick or trap your king.
