dude that is one siiiiick guitar. Love that you went stainless steel on the frets... I could tell how you were bending from the first few notes that that thing must bend like butter. Beautiful finish obviously, i was impressed with the tonal range, the splits you were getting were realllly nice. Id be curious to see how it did behind some modern dj0nt setup like a 5150 type amp with a tubescreamer in front of it.

The neck finish reminds me of a PRS se acoustic i saw at guitar center once.

I would add with a gretsch, because of the pickups. They look like Filtertrons.

You guys are trying to pinpoint the style and can't. That's because it's a Valenti Nebula. Not another knockoff. I could say it looks a bit like my Jackson, or has a hint of my brother inlaw's Washburn, but it's none of the above. Give the kudos to the amazing builder that created it.

those sharp edges around the body would be very easy to chip . Better not bump them on anything solid .

Shape is very similar to a Charvel DK 22/24

It's a very great time for small upcoming builders to reach their target buyers through the internets. If you search you can find little treasures making your perfect match. There is great competition also so great guitars are out there instead of just treading the beaten path of your local stores and buying something you were never 100% happy with. Small builders are more inclined to change things up for you also if you show you are serious about parting with your cash. It's always better to speak with the luthiers than the the guy in the store who knows all about what stock they have in right there and then. If you buy your guitar and are thrilled with it they become a 'life time keeper' and you play them with a small collection of guitars that always sound just the way you wanted in your minds ear. I have a few like my Ibanez RG750 from '93 and my Gibson M-III with the black ebony finish. I had the coils wound with a little more wire which made the already great sounding generic ceramics sound darker and more powerful also I had it refretted with very tall vintage stainless steel (not jumbo wire) and shaped on a 'PLEK' machine giving the best action I could of wished for.

It's off the hook and it sounds deadly!!

Looks like all Valenti models have the open truss rod pocket, although some photos show a cover in place. I'd say it needs a cover, otherwise that is one bad lint collector with the raw wood snagging any debris floating nearby and once snagged only compressed air will clean it right out. Otherwise it's gorgeous and sounds awesome, nicely designed and constructed. Thanks for another great review Darrell! Stay safe everyone.

Yep, I'd want a truss pocket cover too. Just does not look finished yet.

Aren't those Mayones -guitars hella expensive? I remember them being ones of those "even more high-end than high-end" guitars.

I love these types of finish. If the grain is good like quarter sawn then It is essential to make it pop out. I love all the blues and greens or turquoises colours. They always look timeless to me when it is done right. I also love the greys to blacks as it gives a classic look also. Mayones from Poland have done great examples of this and I look at their finishes as sort of a grading quality to go by. They are very expensive though.
