It was but not anymore because of the energy changes, because it doesn't work anymore or you can still use it but you will have to remove some modules :/

@@Brice__420 Alright , well there is a vid with a equalizer build that i have find in exhibition and is ready to be posted , but if you need better protection , i could try to make it better by creating a build in the next vid ^^
Wow. So good and nice build👍. Otherwise the other people use terrible builds and their skills are low aswell. I dont know why does people play on higher ps with bad builds if they earn the same quantity of the resources like on small ps.
Yea , well if you use the fused "Rorqual" from the even pass + the "Huginn" with the upgrade of 3km/h + the copilote "phobos" , your build can go to 96km/h ^^
