I redeemed the code on the app but can't use it on my playstation, says I need to "purchase it".

I received the email a hour ago and whenever I press reveal stats or try to get the theme from the email they sent it says a error occurred and I can press continue but nothing happens Plz help

its not that hard to get just go to the ps wrap up and it will show u a code when ur in the site

Redeemed code and didn't get the theme. I was fucking robbed. *Edit: Tried re-entering the no longer valid code couple more times on PS Store. Went back to themes page and found it below somewhere and it was LOCKED. I restarted my PS4 and was able to download it. So I wasn’t robbed. That was still crappy to deal with.*
