I had the same experience of finding carnivore. When my CIRS ramped up so severely one month after moving into a new home, and I had no idea why, my constant prayers of healing changed from, "please heal me," to "please show me the path and lead me to healing." It was shortly after I found carnivore that I found out about CIRS from Judy Cho and got diagnosed, probably in the nick of time. Had I ignored the advice to take the VCS test and get treated for CIRS, I would be on a relentless path toward dementia. For anyone not healing completely on carnivore, take the VCS test! If you have CIRS, GET TREATED! CIRS shrinks your brain. Get treated for it. Don't ignore it. May my warning be a blessing to someone. God bless you, Kipp. I pray for you often.

I was over 420lbs last year and ate just meat and no bread now I weigh 187lbs without any exercise just eating and I didn't starve myself either I ate as much as I wanted as long as it was meat or eggs. You can do it brother! 1 Timothy 4:8 “For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.”

Kipp, I am so proud of all you are doing!! Glad you are listening to Bob and Brad!! I was told before starting carnivore that I needed a total knee replacement and a total shoulder replacement! I followed some of their easier exercises than what you are doing, but I was probably 68 or 69 at that time, and the therapy plus going carnivore I am now 72 and have not yet needed either replacement surgery!!; I am so thankful that God lead you to carnivore at such a young age!! But I am thankful that when I became desperate and asked God for guidance because I was so tired of hurting for years, and so fatigued I could not function, and I truly believe God lead me to keto then carnivore!! I still have a way to go, but especially at my age, I am so thankful for how much better I feel and how much energy I have now!! I am definitely continuing to pray for your success!! And you have a great motivation with your precious family!! Do it for little Abigail!! God bless you with health and success!! Hey Kip in our area (NZ) we have people who are Contact Care practitioners, they practise Flintlock Technique which is great for your body. After my compression fractures it made a huge difference. Could be great for your shoulder. Check out what they do in NZ and you may find someone in your area that does something similar. Similar to Bowen Technique. All the best

Hey Carnivore Kipp with those resistance bands you can stand in front of them with the handles in each hand and pull them out and back and that is the way I did them at my physical therapy and yes you feel it in both shoulders and your back well at least I felt it there. ALWAYS REMEMBER DO WHAT YOU CAN WITH WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO IT WITH AND YOU KEEP ON CARNIVORE ON AND I WILL KETO ON!!!!!

You don’t have to ever apologize just be you big bro keep doing what your doing and only do what your body allows to you do because that’s what I am doing I have been carnivore for 82 days now was 324 pounds when I started now down to 285 pounds I just recently started lifting some weight I don’t have everything that I wanna have however once I am back to work to normal due to the car accident and having 8 screws and a metal plate to hold your foot together and only being able to walk for 4 months now yeah the struggle is real and I just found out this past Friday that I have to have another surgery because the metal plate is hanging under the bone of my foot so to hopefully stop the pain and allow me to get back to normal and work to finish gathering all the weight and equipment that I need to further more my weight journey so for now I can only lift one 45 pound weight because I can’t seem to find my curl bar to do more and I walk or try to walk every day trying to reach 10k or more in steps and going 5 miles or more when I can while I can because the good days come and I gotta take advantage of them all because when days are bad I am down for them and they can last 2-3 days sometimes I am proud of you I am cheering you on I believe in you and will pray for you so til next time let’s go that 5k that you are entering in is right around the corner and we gotta get you ready for it cuz I wanna see you achieve your goals and overcome what you thought wasn’t possible and make it all reality Kipp!!!!!!

I’m praying for ya Kipp. You’re doing amazing brother, and you’re already looking and feeling a lot better, it’s very noticeable. Your face is slimming down as is your body, the brain fog has clearly lifted, your mind, body and soul is healing and you’re on your way. I’m 62 yrs old and am on day 535 carnivore and have lost 97 lbs, and I’ve reversed/cured T2 diabetes, high blood pressure, IBS, acid reflux, brain fog, fatigue, chronic arthritis amd pain in my knees amd back so bad I could hardly walk, migraines, depression, anxiety and a lot more. My energy level, mental clarity and focus is off the charts and as Kerry from HomesteadHOW always says… I FREL LOKE A PROPER HUMAN!! I’m walking 5-6 miles every morning and lifting weights, doing exercises which I could t do any of that before when I was 300 lbs, sick and depressed. Kipp, try this for a 30 day challenge: set up Cronometer to rigorous keto and weight management to lose one pound a week. Slowly increase your fat to 85% or more. Keep protein and carbs to 10-15%. Track for one month and observe how you feel. It took me several months of tracking to get used to it and still several days a week I have extra protein, but only 20 grams or so and that’s on gym day and 2 days after. I have ME/CFS and I don’t process glucose well and this therapeutic ketogenic diet is the only method that works. Take your total protein allowance and break it up into 2 or 3 meals with extra fat. You’ll start producing ketones which puts you in a good healing state. Use a keto mojo to track and measure once you’re used to tracking the food. You don’t need to measure the GKI every day but it helps to see trends. These tools aren’t perfect and you’ll need to adjust according to activity level but it’s a good starting point. Sometimes I really want to go off plan and overeat out of boredom or some other emotional state but then I think about what my numbers will be like in the morning and how poorly my brain will be functioning for several days and that’s enough to stop me. Remember your why.

Although we differ in spirituality I always got on with your content but eventually started to feel a grating at all the whining and negative self-defeatist pessimism and helplessness you started to express around 6 months to a year or so ago, however this video came up on my RU-vid TV app so I decided to watch it to see how you were doing and was positively surprised to see that you’ve taken a more proactive and hands-on approach & it appears that you’re going to grab the beast by it’s horns and forcefully take charge of the situation-which I’m glad to see-so I’ve re-subbed!👊🏻 I’ll spur you on as long as you continue with this positive attitude, bro. This “can-do” attitude is what you’re going to ride to victory. I know in your spirituality you ask your deity for the strength, but in my spirituality we ask our deities and our ancestors to watch us as we display our own strength. If you really think it is from God ( I do) re read Matthew 14:22-33 about Peter walking on the water. Where are you in faith compared to that? Are you whiney and frightened and failing? Or are you succeeding? What path of , choices is each one of us? To each, we own our own choice. Be an example of Christ's light by accepting the faith instead of cowering to fear.
