Don't always target north indians to hide your faults. I'm from NE, i visited tamilnadu in 2016,back than i was a kid(12/13 years old). I didn't know English at that time (my English is still weak btw). English is my 4 th language(lots of languages in North east so). I still remember the way shopkeepers and other people didn't use to respond me, ignore the best way they can,and stare at me as I have done some crime, i was discriminated just because of my language, I don't even look like a north indian(I'm mongoloid), I can't even imagine how a north indian would be treated like in South. A lot of discrimination is present there in south too.So before telling others fix yours first. No one want to impose you anything, just Learn how to respect others culture and people. And I'm saying this an indian, as I care about the idea of india.

I was there for around 12 years i completed 10th from Arunachal Pradesh. Even today I miss north east Such a nice place to visit. I was even born in Bomdila Arunachal Pradesh. ❤️ My father worked there for 25 years and my whole childhood passed there playing football visiting forest with my friends was some of the thrilling moments which I feel glad of. Whenever I meet them I feel very happy and a sense of brotherhood struck me whenever I see him and I make sure that I provide them the help and respect they deserve. Love u NE ❤️❤️

I am from delhi and I have been to meghalaya and sikkim. The hospitality there is next level and people always behave courteously. I have seen people in delhi staring at North East people and making comments. This just shows the difference in upbringing. I am from Haryana and there were many students from the Northeast in my school. They came to Haryana for study, and literally every one of them was just so Amazing and polite. One of them was my best friend. His name was Bishel (i still don't know how to spell his name, but it sounds like Vishal 😂), but Name that we gave to him was "Champion" (We even used to mimic Bravo champion dance). IDK why but these memories returned because of this video... Thanks man.

Same story with me in our himachal two districts have mongoloid people kinnaur and lahaul spiti.. I had school mates who look mongoloid but i also used to call them Chinese ...they used to give me apples and apricots but I treated them this way because we were never taught in schools that Indians could also have such looks

I live in South Idea, and have few north-east asian friends. I've seen them go through some hard stuff. But nevertheless, they're one of the most beautiful and talented people I've seen. Can't help but say, after my numerous trips to Ladakh, Sikkim , Nepal , Bhutan , North East etc , somehow our Tibetic cultures that exist in our hills have become a part of me. Their unending endurance, will, and hospitality will leave anyone amazed. They do the most important job of upholding India even in the remotest parts of our Country. They really deserve much more respect than we give them.

I came in contact with many people from North-East India during my eight years in Siliguri. People from the hills do have the most beautiful & warm heart. Anybody who have acted as racists with people from North East should remember that they're Indians... North-Eastern Indians. They're our brothers and sisters. Calling them Chinese, Chinki actually proves that you don't have an Indian soul at all. They're way more patriotic than many of us. Do remember Shaheed Hangpan Dada from Arunachal who laid down his life while protecting us & the honour of the tricolor.

If I share my experience with you then in my childhood every year a lot of biharis would come to our villages for working in people's farm and the image of biharis in our mind used to be all about gutka and pan , chewing and spitting it everywhere and I used to think that everyone living in Bihar is like this only,so I would not say that it is completely the fault of people it's the image of biharis which is set in people's mind which people use as a slang,but when I saw a teacher from Bihar teaching in our school,he was so so much intelligent and his way of explaining things are just wow then I researched more about Bihar and came to know that it also has a lot of intellectual people with same intellectual potential. My Grandma was born in Burma and lived in Nagaland and Arunachal before coming down to Chennai and later settle in Hyderabad. I heard many stories from her of the beauty of the land, kindness and courage of the people of North east ! Always loved them since my childhood and hopefully will travel there soon :-)

It's very shameful for us if we don't respect them... they are equally like us except face and language. And it does not matter. They are very good people.
I randomly watched this video as last time I visited Assam and Arunachal Pradesh as my Therapist recommended me to visit there... I was suffering from Anxiety and ODHD from like 3 years and all the efforts and therapies was useless, my problem ended my 7 year Relationship like a house of card.... But monasteries of Assam, healed me in a way where the Psychiatrists and Therapists gave up... Literally I will visit another parts of India soon, but since I landed in Delhi and then took a train to North East India, my experience about North-East part of India is unmatchable, so much hospitable people, they offer you free food, hospitality, you don't need Ubers, everything works on Humanity... This place maybe away from the blistering lights of Today's technology but the peace here is something you can't found anywhere, the slow life is what I call life... Beautiful Girls with a good heart is what you can love about this place, they are hard-working, they embrace simplicity, they just look so perfect...

I was called Chinese every time when I went outside my campus of a reputed top 3 central university in India.... My fellow friend, hostel mates didn't recognize me as indian because I have different looks sometimes they are more aggressive when there is tense with india and china , I am afraid to go outside because they mistook me as Chinese citizens, but somehow I graduated last year, although professor and teaching staff are very nice and friendly but not the student which I feel bad...
Really sorry for this bro. I think with the help of social media and technology we can make efforts to make this mainstream and stop discrimination as much as possible.

This is due to ignorance and lack of education. People must be taught the value of diversity in schools. It should not just be a part of our history or geography books for the namesake.
