Plumbers, welders, electricians in more demand than engineers in India? 

Car mechanic knows more than MEchanical Engineer,TV repair guy has more knowledge than Electronics engineer,Beldaar has more knowledge than CIVIL engineer. thats the reality of 90% engineers

i dropped out of engineering in 2007 and joined bcom completed it and wrote govt exam i got a job in kpsc .. i am far satisfied. than my c lass mates .. govt job is best .. dont join engineering

these 4 dislikes are from unclejis who dont want their child getting distracted from good talk show

govt must stop affiliation of poor engineering colleges.

now a days engineers are skilled labour....the study standards so poor in india training standards much poor in india....i request to govt of india plz reduce the private substandard collage whose study infrastructure is not world class... close 70% pvt. collage forcefully. who does only business on study.. and helps to developed qualifed unemployment person india.

Sir engg ka jo syllabus hai vey old.... But technology new chal raha h... .. Collage me experiment Nahi karwata hai...

According to a report 90% student even don't know about their study And they blaim to govt. Only 31.5%are only eligible for a vacant

Dear Ravis sir its better to ask from that engineer wo are not able get the job after qualified and even they are getting several problems to get job in middle east or gulf these countries are also demanding 5 years of experience it means that work in INDIA for 5 years in 5k to 12 salary and then you are eligble to get job in gulf today the main problem is that after engineering you have to prove your degree that you are an engineer but before these days or years your degree is the proof that you are an engineer....basic thing is colleges have to provide practical knoweldge more than theory because engineering field is very vast we can do work in the field with theory and not even with practical, if we want to get job then we have get trained directly to that field and this training must be provided by institution or govt atlast i want to share you my opinion instead of the higher post member or advisor if you will ask from a normal engineer you can get that actually what are the main problems in field...thank you sir

the people except the fresher engineer graduate can do engineering in industrial as well home etc..but if we look other courses of the candidate they first enroll in assistant or as a trainee!!! and also all question except medical question are asked by engineer!!! in medical science only medical question are asked by medical question and commerce students asked only account etc but in engineering u have to prepare for all question

engineers are unemployed due to lack of government R&D..

kaise kaam ke layak honge . most of them didn't want to take " Engineering " but were forced to take by parents, society etc. esp. these coaching institutes are making things worse . let these children do what they want to pursue

What is taught in engineering is basic syllabus what is necessary for engineering concepts, Actually fault lies with the teaching faculty and curriculum design Most of private college & universities have low quality faculty, though they may have M. Tech & PhD degrees but they do not know teaching methodology. Every engineering faculty must have spend at least 10-15 years in engineering industry where they have worked as good engineers. Unfortunately most of engineering institutions have only theory faculty and have no idea of industry

jayda log engineering pressure ki wajah se karte hai, kaafi log badia job ke liye karte hai naaki innovation ke liye. mujhe 1st year main mechanical engineering bilkul acchi nahi lagti thi lkin jab core subjects introduce hue toh maza ana shuru ho gaya.

The Basic problem is of privatization of higher education in india, every politician has there colleges and admission is given on money basis, if you haven't cleared entrance exam tht doesn't matter, if u passed by grace, u have less then 50% no worries private college will grant u admission. Then comes college part max professor r in experienced, they don't even know wht to teach. TPO of college work jst as filler they dnt tell student wht additional courses they shld do or atleast make them presentable. after doing engg. 2 or 3 is spent on understanding the market requirements. while technicians r ready to learn on job in less paid jobs tht nt case in engg. graduates.

Most problamatic thing in india is reservation sysytem....in education....40% marks and 90% marks equal value in reservation system.....40% also become eng and doctor 90% secure student also same....then who will b the clever....?

Simple sawal Agar demand nhe tow baher say engineers ku la raha hai.. Agr nhe tow itna collegea ku... Agar hamara students ka pass talent, knowledge skil nhe tow unha certifiacte kis na di...

problem is society kam ko nichi nazar se dekti hai. white collar office job sab ko chahiye. non office kam ko society nichi nazar se dekti hai. office job hi bara kam aur baki sab kam neech kam hai. jab tak ye attitude rahega tab tak kuch nahi hone vala. koi apne bacche se ye nahi kehata ki plumber bano, electrician bano, kirana ka dukan khol lo, ya kisan bano, bas sabsa bara kam hai office vala kam. kuch fark nahi pardta ki ajkal kai electrician engineer se kai jada kamaleta hai. Bas sab ko to office wala kam cahiye.

Mai bhi kalaniketan polytechnics branch electronics se 2005 ka pass Student tha, job mili nahi, pmkk Satna MP se skill pass Lita, ab assistant or labour work tak naseeb nahi ho raha hai

The problem is that the education be it any form of education is completely aimless or following the wrong aimbition. Till the time it will not be addressed nothing will come out. And the good news is giving the direction and aim is very easy. So the problem can be solved in next 10-15 years where the result will start showing within a year

Some solutions Agr acha engineer nahe hai tow engineering ki certificate ku data hai fir tow us student ko certificate hi na da agr woh site ka layak nahe 2 education system in india is totaly wrong there shud b some changes in education system 3 jasa site pa students ki certificate nhe balki experience aur talent dekhta hai wasa hi college may her teacher ki qualification nahe balki us may art of speach aur knowledge dekhya 4 agr demand nhe hai tow govt ko utna hi students ko seats dani chaheya taki kal jobs available ho...
