For question 2, if choice A says meet with a vendor to Address the root cause of the issue, i think it will be the best choice. As per agile principles ,collaboration over contract ...... What do you think?
Hi Alvin . Q#1 is about Prototyping, so it can be safely assumed that it is following either an " Adaptive or iterative methodology. An iterative framework DOESNT have any Procurement management plan, though there could be a contractual agreement with the vendor. This makes the selected Option as Incorrect Shouldn't Option A be correct (This is collaboration & Problem-solving approach, which unquestionably are the hallmarks of working the agile/ iterative way )

I recommend keeping track of which questions you're scoring incorrectly and the concepts you're having the most difficulty with.
