sir നിങ്ങളുടെ staff ന് customers നോട് ഒരു resposibility യും ഇല്ലാ first sir അവർക്കു proper training കൊടുക്കാൻ ശ്രെമിക്കുക.ഞാൻ എത്ര days ആയിട്ട് contact ചെയ്യാൻ ശ്രെമിക്കുന്നു contact ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ഒക്കെ പറയുന്നത് ഞാൻ first contact ചെയ്ത staff വേറെ ആണ് അവരു available ആകുമ്പോൾ contact ചെയ്യാം എന്നാണ്.ഞാൻ മുന്നേ കുറച്ചു പൈസ pentad വഴി invest ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട് അതിനു പുറമെ daily sip ചെയ്യാൻ വേണ്ടി contact ചെയ്തിരുന്നു അതിന്റെ വിവരം അറിയാൻ വേണ്ടി ആണ് contact ചെയ്യാൻ നോക്കുന്നത് വലിയ കഷ്ടമാണ് അവിടത്തെ staff കളുടെ രീതികൾ

What to do with the under performing mutual funds? Should I hold, exit (only if exit load is zero) or do STP ? Can you please reply.. It will be really helpful if you can do a small video about the same... May be some of them have same doubts
