There’s a gift box service that helps make a woman's least favorite time of the month just a little bit easier. What must-have items would you want in your PMS package? Bring on the chocolate!
Man, I'm HATING on Brandy and Adrienne hella hard right now. NO symptoms at all? Ever? Jeez! Every month, I feel like it's a bomb detonating - wicked abdominal cramps, back pains/spasms, leg cramps (don't ask me how/why), headaches, nausea, sensitivity to light, sound and cold, breast pains - you name it, I feel it. Ugh! I've missed so many days of school and now work due to this thing. Damn you, Eve!
I was prescribed Voltaren pills once and it worked like a charm - and I also felt high as a kite. Lol! I never get sick so I never go to the doctor, but I need to get my butt to one so I can get another prescription. I need to get my life in order man. Lol!
annie parker Its happens to a lot of women actually. When you spend a lot of time with other women, you start having your periods on the same time. My closest female co workers and I all have our periods at the same time. Its really weird how nature works !
I'm right along with Brandy. I've never had the PMS symptoms. My cousins HATE me because they'll be in the floor bawling in pain, and I'm just walking around normal.
Being hormonal is part of a period PMS stands for PREmenstrual Syndrome it start normally while your ovulating and ends before your first bleed. What you feel during your period is not PMS, it's just your elevated hormones regulating.
Brandy and Adrienne want the symptoms so they can relate? Lol well if they want to relate to my experiences, they can sit with their head in the toilet vomiting from the severe cramps and missing work and a much needed paycheck.
+impasse0124 One time i was working as a cashier and I threw up 3 times during my shift from the nausea and cramps. My male manager looked annoyed when i told him I had to leave early... I told him i vomited 3 times too, like come on!
Growing up, my sister was like that. I used to feel so bad for her. The vomiting and cramps stopped after my parents put her on birth control when she went away for college. Maybe that'll help you?
+h Bag Naproxen is just Aleve right? I tried that and it didn't work. In HS, I used to have to take Motrin and Tylenol, swapping every two hours. Even then it wasn't enough. I used to miss so much school as a kid.
strgazr04 You can get a prescription for naproxen at a higher concentration then what they have at the drugstore. Aleve and idol did nothing for me. I used to use like 6-8 ibuprofen pills a day until my doctor told me that I could burn a hole in my stomach and prescribed me naproxen. It works really well but if you have endometriosis or a serious condition then you may need stronger meds.
When my mom was younger she was like Brandy and Ade too . I had it really bad tho . That pain of migraines and cramps were sooooo terrible I was on the doctors office all the time but when I turned 20 it all went away and once my mom turned 40 she got all of it . It's so weird .
My PMS box would have: hot water bottle, chocolates-nothing dark I hate dark chocolate that will make me cry, popcorn and it better be sweet, a movie like Harry Potter so I can marathon and a onesie. Preferably a panda one and fluffy socks. And painkillers of course.
I would need a box that contains: midol, heat wrap, chamomile tea, sweats-pants, Reece's peanut butter cups, and indica- weed. When I was younger I didn't have any symptoms or emotional stress until I got older then it kept getting worse and worse. Usually the first day is my worst day but last month it was both the first and second day 😫
I crave unhealthy food more when I am PMS-ing than when I'm actually on my period. Usually I crave In-N-Out, popcorn chicken from boba shops, Korean bbq, [legit] ramen, [legit] tacos, and Japanese curry. If I were to have a PMS box, I would like it to include the following: soft brownies, spicy kettle potato chips, a cute sweater dress, and loads of cute stationery ^^
I'm the same as Brandy I've never had PMS. I've never felt a cramp, never got cravings, never felt emotional... People always look at me like I'm crazy when I tell them so I thought that I was the only one.
Okay, my PMS package would have strawberry twizzlers, sunflower seeds, vanilla ice cream, water, pads, cute sweatpants, painkillers, and my Winnie the pooh bear. That makes it easier
It's because Brandy is athletic and in shape. When I ran track in highschool I never had cramps or any bad period symptoms. Since then I've started to have the worst most horrible cycle in the universe.
+Mya Louis Yes that's true. I found that when I went for long walks in the days prior to my period they were more bearable. I think it stretches the muscles before cramping comes along. That's probably why mothers in labor walk a lot during contractions.
Its the same for me as well, back when i was in school i experience no cramps because i always run and exercise! But right now i get cramps and headaches each time i have period lmaooo. Although i have heard some girls who would still get cramps even though they exercise frequently
I don't get any symptoms either, I just get slight mood swings here and there but no cramps or headaches. its actually a lovely time of the month for me as all I want to do is pamper myself hehe
Never got PMS in my youth/ young adult,, never had any pregnancy symptoms,/ cravings etc with my kids but now that I’m pre menapausal !!! I have it all.
I've been seeing my period since I was 11, and I'm 19 now. All these years have passed and there was only one time when I got bed-ridden cramps that literally only last like 1 hour. I get no pain, or symptoms but I can tell when I'm going to get it because of my womanly instinct I guess.
Before having my son, I used to have what I called "suicidal cramps". I once had the unfortunate responsibility of having to go to work to fill out paperwork (because I usually took off), but I didn't make it passed the elevator. They ended up calling the ambulance and taking me to ER. Turns out though, it was endometriosis. But again, since having my son, I get nothing but bloating and I'll take that over the cramps, nausea, vomiting, etc any day.
I never have any symptoms. No cramps, no emotional changes, no soreness, nothing. However, I think mother nature made up for it because mine lasts longer than normal.
I don't get the cramps but I get everything else. This is a genius idea tho! I'm gonna start getting this box next month. It will be my "time of the month" gift to myself to make me feel better.
I want some Ghirardelli chocolate, some caramel ice cream with nuts, hotfudge, whooped cream, some microwavable pepperoni pizzas, Netflix, painkillers, a onesie, pads, chips like Cheetos, Doritos, Salt and vinegar, and chapstick, buttery uttery popcorn, tea, and some legit Disney movies. Boom, I'm all set.😏👍
"You don't want a big maxi pad falling out of your purse". Was I the only one who thought of the time a pad fell out of Tamera's coat pocket when she said this?
I don't get PMS either, and I rarely get cramps. I'm on my period right now (I know TMI) but I never cramp ever. I cramp like everything other month, but most of the time it's for like 1 day.
+crapolaist She is always the queen B when Tamar isn't there. Not hating or anything I'm sure they love each other. But Tamar has such a big personality and is so shady (to everyone) that she kind of overwhelms Jeannie especially if its something they disagree on.
I don't get the emotional part of PMS either. Even my brothers and dad have said that they don't even know I'm on my period unless I tell them b/c women in our family just don't get emotionally wrekted lol I get the cramps and bloating though >~
I don’t get PMS too 😂 I remember I woke up to see my cousin cry on the floor cause her cramps were so bad, and I was like does it really hurt that bad.
Omg girl yes it does lol how old honey I am 36 and I didn't when I was a Teenager but when I got in my early 20s and up till now I get bad PMS it hurts bad honey lucky not to mention the migraines that come with it you are so lucky you don't have and I pray you never will
I'm with Adrienne on this one. I NEVER get PMS. I'll get emotional, like reflecting on my past lmfao but thats only on like the 3rd day lol but I admit my chocolate cravings go from 0-100
I never had PMS til I got my tubes tied. When that first cramp hit, I was on my couch and sleep. That mess woke me up and I scared my daughter because I started screaming.
omg im not alone lol!! i never could relate to other women when they say they got craps and pain and headaches etc. that was never me and i always wondered why? Yay im not a freak!!
I WISH I didn't have any symptoms. unfortunately for me, I get the works. I feel like a completely different person. The nausea, the severe cramps, the bitchiness at full force, my lower back feels like it's on fire, you name it, I get it lol
I don't have any signs of PMS sometimes I get emotional but most of the time I don't so I'm very grateful I don't have any symptoms like cramps or anything but I feel sry for everyone else
@@CycleCoachAcademy Thank you ❤ it's definitely a good idea for girls/women to prepare themselves with these certain things. It's just really nice to be ready and comfy when it happens.
Lol. My bf is doing this to me. I found out recently that he tracks my period since I have Very bad symptoms. Crams, VERY VERY PAINFUL HEADACHE that makes me cry, craving and bad moods swings. He knows that sometimes I would crave Ice cream and fries before it comes and when it comes if its VERY BAD I would not eat and I'm a chef I Love food, so he tries his best to help me by buying me anything I crave especially Ice cream and fries. And lets me curl around him when I'm not feeling well. 😊
When I was younger it never hurt, but as I am getting older, the body changes as well, now I have sometimes pain and have to take painkillers, but not every month. I can't live without chocolate at that time xD I could eat tons of it hahahah And it is true that periods sync when you spend a lot of time together.
My sisters and I don’t get PMS so whenever I hear girls talk about that they crave stuff I sometimes feel they play the part to just fit in and get what they’re asking for 🤷🏻♀️
Don't get too excited about not having the symptoms. I started early in life at only 8 years old, and through my teenage years and early 20s I never really had a bad period. Well, I shouldn't have been so happy about that. Now I'm a few months shy of my 30th birthday, and I have the most painful periods, sometimes keeping me in bed for up to (and even over) a week at a time, and for the first time experiencing the emotions that come with it :/
The syncing has a biological origin which has to do with pheromones. The women that you spend the most time with(mostly family) are the ones where you have very similar cycles. I learnt this I. Psychology
I never had symptoms until a few years ago. I hear it gets worse as you get older so I guess that makes sense. I call out of work sick sometimes now because of it.
Nice to know that I'm not the only one who doesn't experience all of these symptoms on my period. I occassionally get very mild cramps that disappear within a few hours on the first or second day of my period, but that's about it.
I'm on continuous birth control so I don't get a period. Mine were literally that intense that I couldn't handle it and I was missing so much class. So I don't even remember what PMS feels like. I think I would get a little irritable and I got a ton of back pain (also worsened by the herniated disk in my lumbar spine), but I must've blocked everything else out.
I’m 17 and I’ve also never had PMS lol, the worst I’ve had is very recently I’ve actually started to get a little bit of pimples before or during my period and my armpits started to smell during my period for the first time recently and I get kind of dizzy now but that’s only recently and before that it was basically nothing, maybe I need some nutrition or something, My mood doesn’t change at all, if anything I just feel a little bad the days before or the first day and sometimes my stomach can hurt kind of bad the first day and leading to my cycle but that doesn’t happen every time
On my time, I would want soft chocolate chip cookies, strawberry soda, painkillers, blanket, pillow, 2 seasons of Law & Order SVU, 2 seasons of Sex and The City, gift card to Chick-fil-a, berry skittles, and house shoes.
My PMS box would include: smarties, brown chocolate, red velvet cake with peaches and whipped cream, more cake with hard icing too and juice and panadol
Hold on cause I thought it was just me.. I do not PMS. I’m like Adrienne I get the emotional part of it, but no cramps, headaches, none of that. I used to think my sisters were exaggerating. 💆🏾♀️
In my package I would like any Sia album, dark chocolate, grace Helbig videos, rice crackers, my bed, and a really sad movie... I get really emotional and cry over everything
I peeped some mirror moments. They are not just synced up by their periods, they are also synced up in movements/actions as well. At 0:27 Adrienne and Jeannie nodded/lifted their heads at the same time. At 1:43 Jeannie, Tamara and Adrienne all lifted their hands the same time. Adrienne and Jeannie rested their fist under their chin while Tamara lifted her hand to move her hair. Then at 2:50 Tamara and Loni mirrored a laugh together and, they even sounded similar when they did and they even stopped at the same time.
