Classic! One of my favorite books, thanks for reminding me of the big ideas Brian!

This is a quite informative book about what we need to know to defend ourselves. It mentions automatic systems of our mentality and behaviors regardless of our will. These are called CLRASS principle. 1. Commitment and Consistency, 2. Liking, 3. Reciprocity, 4. Authority, 5. Social proof, 6. Scarcity. They are often utilized in commercial situations. We never escape them but we can be careful about them as long as we recognize the existence of the principle. Even if you aren't interesting in setting up your own business, it's worth reading to avoid being a victim from evils.

Woah. I really liked this video. My mind is running on how to use consistency for good. As an advice for others, there is a freaking easy method to use "authority" for your own good too. For example, let's say I have decided meditating would be good for me, but I just can't get myself to commit into doing it. So I go and check between people I respect who meditates and why. I actually did this, and I was surprised to see how many succesful and famous people meditates (specially through Trascendal Meditation, though it is not my personal favourite). And it gave me a total irrational push into starting my practice.

When I finish every section and watching more then one times. Then I told my self about how I mess up my head and I don't know that before.
