Poch sacking is a good one. 1. He has cameleon attitude. Practiced a nice system in preseason, boom switch to 9 defensive players once season started. 2. Training.. his training pattern left Chelsea with 14 injuries. Epl record for 1 team. Even some haven't recovered till date . 3. To slow tactically.. imagine taking 30 games to understand early changes, game management when winning, players in there natural position.etc. 4. Players development...
