I thinks it's more of trynna weed out scammers. Not saying everyone is scamming but there is alot of it going on these days. As black folk we tend to fall for the okie doke quit often.
I have seen black folks who claim to be protecting other black groups or scammers. However, these black folks tend to accuse any and every black person who is trying to build something positive as a scammer. Therefore, I have not seen one of these people that I would trust to put out a scammer for me.
