I got "pocketed" in a 4 years relationship😶. I really wanted to meet his family but he kept giving excuses. I felt i deserved so much better and left that relationship. Now I'm in a relationship with a guy who loves to introduce me to all his family members, friends and colleagues. I recently stalked my ex and found out that he introduced his new gf to his family within 2 years of dating, and he's now engaged. The simple reason why i was pocketted was coz I wasn't the right one. He straight up told me that he was unsure that I was the one🤷🏾♀️ Just wished he had told me earlier as I felt I wasted 4 years of my life. Nevertheless, I'm glad that I knew my worth and left the relationship.
What’s wrong with telling your super close friends and family (of course not extended family) you are going on a date?? The guy could just have an amazing relationship with parents and wants to share his happiness together
