This was AWESOME. It’s so funny, I saw someone else made the almost exact comment I was thinking. I was born in 75 so the theme from Taxi and the theme from Dallas take me back to being in bed and hearing those themes playing in the front room where my folks were watching,lol. Thanks so much for these memories.

I talked to one of the voice actors who worked on superfriends, according to the actor ted knight was completely drunk doing the voice overs, to the point he would have his drink on the table while reading. Lol The actor said they had to hide the ice shaking noise on the soundtrack.😂😂😂

Great mini episode! Trivia note - you guys don't remember Co-Ed Fever because it only aired once, and I think that was a special preview after the Super Bowl or something. It was canceled before it even made it to its regular timeslot.

Saw BSG on the big screen in Oakville Ont in 1978, it was more menacing to me that Count Baltar was killed by the Cylons.

I watched both Angie and Makin' It. Couldn't tell you a thing that happened in either show. David Naughton did go on to bigger and better things: he starred in An American Werewolf in London in 1981. That movie was an instant horror classic. To this day, it is still a milestone in prosthetic special effects, and Rick Baker won an Oscar.

Most know that about Naughton. What isnt as well known is that Dr Pepper dropped him as their spokesperson, claiming the movie was too violent. Only to go on to have a commercial with a werewolf in it a couple of years later, tho Naughton was not involved.

😂When I was a kid we lived in a rural area without access to cable, and I ALWAYS thought I'd missed out on SO much TV. You've TOTALLY changed my mind on that one.😂

Waverly Wonders. That's filmed on the same set as Head of the Class. I think Welcome Back Kotter was filmed on the same set too.

I think it's my all time favorite theme song. The same guys wrote Wonder Woman , Laverne and Shirley , Love American Style and the huge hit: Killing Me Softly with his Song ! (3 times charted on the Hot 100 !) . They also wrote the song to Green Slime (!)

@LannieLord holy crap 😳 I loved those 🎵 🎶 songs 🎵 especially green slime...I thought the female who sung it wrote the song? Did they write the song Makin it? I loveeeeeee that song as kid lol ...everyone hated it I guess because was disco but I loveeeeeee it. I had the 45.

TRIVIA: not sure if you recall, in 1978 NBC was in the TOILET with ratings . ABC was NUMBER ONE riding on the wave of Happy Days / Charlies Angels / Bionic Shows , etc...... CBS was number 2 .

DOESNT anyone remember the bsg premiere ? Was I the only 7 yr old pissed off when it premiere? WE INTERRUPT THIS REALLY COOL STAR WARS clone to bring you this really annoying totally boring Jimmy Carter camp David summit...what's funny and ironic a real life peace treaty blocking a Sci fi peace treaty.
