I'm laughing because I had a similar experience in France. I don't speak a word of French. My visit to France was accidental, not planned. I went to a post office and asked the clerk for stamps. He pointed at a machine that dispenses stamps. I said I can't read French. He got angry and kept pointing to the machine. He just kept yelling "MACHINE!" 😂 😆 LOL

Montreal has a fantastic spa in Old Montreal in a boat in the harbour...just fantastic called Bota Bota. And a blog for people who have been here many times or live her is a good idea since so many bloggers appeal to first time travellers to Paris..

We had a similar experience at the metro. The lady did not want to help us and shut her window, we did not even get a chance to talk to her, my husband speaks some French. We ended up using the machine and helped some other tourists do the same thing. She was even rude to locals. We just laughed it off as we have had good experiences with the Parisians.

Not to hurt your feelings because I know how much you love that brown plant rack and little brown stand but if you really want to make your place look more cohesive you need to sell them and put a large white or pine large shelving unit. Love all your vlogs.

I'm in the suburbs of Paris now, but man did I come across some really loony folks in Paris. An older woman's husband kept moving our bikes around on the hooks in the bike closet so that his wife could just roll hers in and out of that tight space. Anytime I encounter a biter or angry person I just try avoiding having any exchange with them. It's like trying to argue with a homeless guy who talks to himself, or the homeless dude who kept peeing in front of door of our building. If someone's life or day is that bad, they'll try to drag others in with them and I'm not into mud wrestling. Overall, I'm glad that we left Paris. You live in such smaller spaces and encounter too much dog poo and homeless people for what you pay to live there.

Way back to the first of the video................decorating your apartment.............Not every white space needs to be filled...........big white spaces are actually calming.....you don't need a bunch of clutter on every wall. Think of putting a shelf above the doorways, if you need a little more room for books and plants.

Arielle, I love your videos and I'm thinking you don't have any control over this, but I think you should know that RU-vid has placed more than one 30-second ad break in this video. Maybe I'm just spoiled by the usual 5-second ad breaks, but when the second 30-second ad popped up, I had to switch it off. I think RU-vid is doing you a disservice by turning off viewers. Anyway, keep up the good work!

People are the worst. I'm in Turkey and some woman and her daughter laughed and asked me if I'm on my way to a Funeral (I was wearing black). I'm very pale with black hair. Then she said Ooh was the Funeral Sad??? ...I couldn't say much because she had 4 kids with her. The Day before That I had a British guy (again) say to his girlfriend "oh look it's Wednesday from the Adam's Family". I said actually I think Wednesday and Mortisha are very beautiful.... not everyone gets a Spray tan. I would NEVER comment on someone like that. So rude.

That is so disgusting that women were treated w such disrespect.
