hi, in this setup shock is coming from tempest shield and some lightning damage from Wave of Conviction. In better setup, when you swap from WoC to Frostblink, you also add Smite (for added lighning damage for bigger ignite and aura that gives 20% chance to shock) and also you add "shock nearby enemies when you focus" craft on ring. Even tho in this pob i still didnt have shock when you focus ring But you should! Its really nice
