1 Buy base A:
40inc implicit, +1 to level of all spell. Can have another non-cast prefix.
I feel ilvl matters but I don't know the exact number so I only buy ilvl 77+ base
2 Buy base B:
40inc implict, +1 to level of all fire spell. If base A has another prefix, then base B must either have or craft the same prefix (but can be of different tier)
3 Recombinator, should get +2 in 3-10 tries.
3.1 If the sceptre we got from 3 (named it C) has full prefix but 1 empty suffix, benchcraft 'cannot roll cast modifier', annul until the non-cast prefix gone.
3.2 If C has empty prefix but full suffix, beast craft 'add prefix remove suffix', if getting non-cast prefix, repeat 3.2
3.3 If C has full explicits or getting a cast prefix from 3.2, yolo annul.
4 Now we have +2 prefix, 1 empty prefix, and at least 1 empty suffix. craft prefix cannot be changed, scouring
(if not using 40% implicit base, then simply crafting multimod - fire damage - fire dot and sell it. They sell for 20-25div easily)
5 Let's call the outcome from 4 D. Buy another base E: 3-4 mods with t1 damage over time multiplier, 40% implicit, high ilvl (again, I don't know the exact number)
6 Annul or beast split then annul, until rare sceptre with only dot multi mod.
7 benchcraft D: multimod - fire dmg.
benchcraft E: multimod - fire dmg.
Now D should be: +1 to all spell, +1 to all fire spell, fire dmg, multimod
E should be: fire dmg, dot multi, multimod
8 use recombinator. If mods are off you need to craft new base for this step depends on the lost mods.
+1 all/+1 fire/fire dmg/fire dot multi/dot multi sell for 100-120div now.
made ~1200div in the past 3 days, most from selling these sceptres, some from T17 scarab farming because I need gold as well.
