1. The perks and skills needed to get this staff is so high and the reward itself so low, it's literally a pointless flex. Teabagging a Dragonpriest for 50 point damage. Slow clap for me LOL and clap-back because I saw half the technique in I think an ESO video.
2. You need to have Sneak maxed. Creep as close as possible. To the stairs.
3. You need a one-shot bow. I have a 131,055% ring.
4. You need to avoid the slo-mo kill scene. I was using Soul Capture arrows at distance. No. Kill scene erry damn time. Ebony, up close. No kill scene. Joy.
5. You need to wait until the staff disappears between his dangly feet before killing him.
6. You need Whirlwind Sprint equiped.
7. You have to kill him, rob him and shout REALLY fast. I failed many times and the key failure was not using Whirlwind. Fuck, marry, kill but kill, rob, shout.
8. Now to stow this utterly meek staff in a box at Tundra and continue using Dawnbreaker and Ghostblade or my 131,000% bow.
9. Might kill Tsun with it.
