They are literally starting the new company now why does everyone think a company that is starting now will have a new game made by November.

Jynx should get a normal evolution *BEFORE* it gets a Mega Evolution. For so long, it's been the forgotten member of an unofficial trio consisting of it, Magmar and Electabuzz. They got evolutions while Jynx did not.

The Mega Jynx looks like a combination of Jynx and the ice-type Gym Leader in Galar with the hair…

I was hoping gamefreak only focused on Pokémon legends z-a and generation 10, taking their time in both of them But if there REALLY must be a new Pokémon game or two this year, then hopefully the subsidiary Pokémon works brings up tons of new features for the black and white remakes alongside ilca Also it seems everyone gave up on the new johto games because of Pokemon legends za being the better thing to wait for

first thing is first: BW remakes HAVE to be full 3D to 2D with 3D Pokémon, NO we want a fully 3D Unova, not open world, I'm fine with Linear, but put some effort in. I'd also want to tweak the gym leaders so not all of them have 3 mons each.

Here's why I don't believe remakes of Black and White won't happen until Gen X. If you've paid attention to every remake of games that started a generation since HeartGold and SoulSilver, you'll begin to notice a pattern: Gold and Silver Gen II - HeartGold and SoulSilver Gen IV 2 × 2 = 4 Ruby and Sapphire Gen III - Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire Gen VI 3 × 2 = 6 Diamond and Pearl Gen IV - BDSP Gen VIII 4 × 2 = 8 So, by that pattern, Gen X is at the earliest when we should get remakes of Black and White.

Feel like they are waiting for the announcement of the new console or ironically could end up like BW2 and the release of the 3ds

It would be nice if they didn’t just milk the license for all it’s worth and actually give us a decent game for once.

Not giving up either yet. We will see by summer if we will get a game this fall. I believe they won't miss the holiday spot and that ILCA is staying as proven by Pokemon Works,which has ILCA devs. I hope it's good.

I this holds true which one is better black or white

I think that the Black/White remakes will be Nintendo's next console. My reason is because Red/Blue remake was on GBA, Gold/Silver remake was on DS, Ruby/Sapphire remake was on 3DS, Diamond/Pearl remake on Switch. Its been one main remake per console so far which is why I believe Black/White will be on a new console.

I just wish that one day we have each old game available with home connectivity on the switch/switch 2.

I would like all the criticism to be addressed and fixed when handling black and white remakes...because i still want the remakes

Perhaps the company merge, the creation of this new ‘hybrid team’ with former ILCA, caused a temporary pause in the making of this year’s game. Maybe with that shift they’d rather not tease anything too soon, whether the end result following the change could be different to pre-change trailer material that would cause disappointment or they’d rather hold out until the announcement to reveal that this “new” team is making this year’s game.

They’re still working with ILCA after the issues with BDSP and Home connectivity?

If ILCA makes the Unova remakes, I'm going to pretend we just aren't getting a new game this year. I bought BDSP and was highly disappointed. I was already on the fence given Gen 5 was my least favorite gen.

Personally I'd prefer a Jync evolution since the other two of the trio (Electabuzz and Maymar) got one. I've thought of one that could be based on a Medusa. Where it's Head of long golden hair covers most of its body. The two large grabby hands and giant lips coming out of the hair. The name being "Sulkiss" where it's Kiss could freeze people solid or make them chronically depressed

After hearing that there was going to be another Celesteela form, am I the only one that wants an Ultra Space sort of game? Maybe you start in Ultra Space, pick a UB starter but make your way to the main Pokemon world? That alternate form for Celesteela could have been a pre-evolution just like Poipole and along with another could have been the starters.

What if remakes always came out on the originals' 10-year Anniversaries? Like Kanto in 2006 and 2016. And Johto in 2009 and 2019. Also, what if Gen 2 never had post-game Kanto? While Gen 3 was compatible with Gen 2? And if Gen 4 was on GBA in 2004?

Something I’m curious about. If ILCA made a faithful remake of Heart Gold and Soul Silver in the same style as BDSP, where they recreated pretty much everything the game had to offer, would fans be happy with that? I’ve seen a lot of express that they’re nearly perfect games (I loved them too!)

I personally didn't mind BDSP when it first came out. I actually had some problems with a few gym battles at first. But I never played the original so i dont knew what it was originally like. I think the company that worked on it did an alright job on it. Also who know maybe if they did a remake of black and white they might do a better job. I never played the originally 4th ot 5th generation of the games . That was during my pokebreak 😂

I love bw it’s prob some of my favorite gens but I really hope they do a remake later like maybe 2027 or something bc they just need to focus on ZA and do kalos the justice it deserves since it was butchered like at least unova was basically perfect but they really just need to focus on ZA rn

By far the best thing about Pokemon growing up was the Latinamerican Voice acting specially Team Rocket and specially Specially Pepe Macias as James so im happy to see the language even if there is no way fornit to be whatnit was in the show

the text found that's the same on a sign as it is in the screenshot from the trailer is meaningless, Rose also has that exact string of text on the image behind him as he explains how the dragon gym is also a power plant. they just made a handful of letters and some pre-made strings of text that they're reusing. people have tried to decipher it like we can Hylian but gamefreak just isn't that dedicated to the in-universe language as nintendo is. all it really denotes is that whatever it is is written in Latin letters. but also, I love that everyone's still convinced it's gotta be gen5 and couldn't possibly be gen2. like, if we're really gonna think we're getting an ILCA game, why would it be gen5 when the trailer spent the entire time referencing gen2? the unknown being constantly front and center, a new Silver pair in masters, the beasts coming to sleep, that was all far too heavy handed to be a complete bait and switch. not to mention it's the 25 anni for gen2. if we're getting another game this year that's yet to be announced, don't count gen2 out. we've legit had just as many hints for it if not more than gen5.

I am really hoping that the Unova remakes are going to be a thing and that they are actually great, like with ORAS. Also, i kinda hope we DONT get Mega Jynx and we get Mega Flygon instead or something else.. And yeah, of course riddler has been quiet, there is nothing that people are going mad for, so no 'leaks' for now...

The sheer amount of copium I am seeing in the fanbase is a bit much...Ya'll need to accept that gen 5 got skipped over for a reason. There is most likely NOT gonna be a gen 5 remake this year for some reason or another and it might come next year or something. Honestly my theory is it got skipped over cause they were gonna get ILCA to do it again and be like a 1-1 of the original B/W but BDSP was so poorly received and lambasted and even modded to oblivion, which Nintendo doesn't like, that maybe they skipped over it this year to try and change the direction and either go all new game or pull a HGSS/ORAS which its a mix of both sets of games with some new plot points. Not saying ya'll can't dream or anything but I wouldn't hold your breath for gen 5 coming this year, they most likely would have shown it during Pokemon Day if they had plans this year for it.

Pokemon Black and White is my favorite game and I would hate to see a "faithful" remake of it. I would wait longer so Gamefreak and put out a good remake, but thats probably not going to happen :(

I don’t want ILCA to make the BW remakes. I would love a BW remake but I’d want it to be a fully fleshed out remake like ORAS. I’ll take a remake by ILCA but that’s bum down my hopes a lot unless they completely change their game compared to BDSP. I’ll take the shiny starters tho.

I would love Unova remakes, but not right now. Id rather them focus on making 1 game really good than splitting up their team to work on multiple games and having the chance of them being bad

I hope they don't release a new game this year, Cause I'm not sure how y'all feel about it but the last time there was a year gap between main line games we got sun and moon, and sun and moon were very good in my opinion

Honestly I don’t want them focusing on different projects. Give me a game that I actually want to play, that looks great and has a bit of nostalgia with also new mechanics that’s not too much to add
