So you're saying with this, you could get infinite Pichu eggs on one file? The flag should be set once the eggs are deposited since the game is autosaved. If you do the emerald tower glitch etc. You save prior as well right? Unless I'm mistaken on how the flags are with the backup saves. Have you actually tried this or have a video example? I'm pretty intrigued!

I need help. I have received the pokedex in FireRed and have three Pokémon yet I cannot store Pokémon in Pokémon Box due to the error that I have to receive the pokedex first. How can I fix this?

According to Bulbapedia, in order to deposit/withdraw Pokémon in Box, the Sevii Islands subquest has to be completed. So basically you need to beat the game and get the Ruby and Sapphire for Celio
