Three things about Allister: 1. 0:26 Allister's walking like he's had one too many martinis. 2. Whenever he talks, I like to imagine he has a British accent. 3. I kinda wish they'd given him a Marshadow. Marshadow is a Fighting/Ghost type Pokemon and is said to be extremely shy, but powerful in a fight, which fits Allister's character perfectly.
Shy ? Wearing that mask means that he got very far in his internal suffering , then . ... ... ... ... ... ... With no personal experience whatsoever ... ... .... .......
The way he rocks back on forth on his feet and sways his arms when standing still... His semi non-verbalism... The way he wears long clothes despite living in the hottest town in Galar... The way he wears a mask, anxious about his face.... Yep, Allister is a neuro divergent mood.
Wait, you have a point. In my play through of Shield, I read on Melony's league card that she had problems with her kids. What if Allister was one of those kids?
@Merciless Freak no. Bea is really boring, as all fighting types gym leaders are, and Gordie is OK, but nothing to cool. Allister has a cool unique design and the snow gym leader (forgot her name) look super cool and is kinda thicc
@Merciless Freak I feel like a lot of fighting gym leaders are always just athletes who are also pokemon trainers. I can see where you are coming from, but this is just my opinion.
I'm going to be honest, when I first saw Allister, I was a little scared of him, because of his appearance, but then I saw his rare league card then my brain went into 'protect him at all costs ' mode
Who else thinks there should be an option to combine both Sword and Shield, hence creating the TRUE version of the game where you battle all the gym-leaders games?
I didnt think of this and sadly I dont have shield, but I do have youtube, sooooooo I think you can see where this is going Edit: GOD DANG IT, I CANT TAKE SCREENSHOTS ON A VID, welp guess I gotta use ma phone
Allister is possibly the only gym leader I liked in the game just because of the edgy style he has and I pretty like the dark-ghost type Pokemons (I mean I even like zoroark)
Okay so im not sure if its just me, but in the introduction of the gym leaders, everytime a gym leader is introduced, a certain amount of people cheer for them.. For example, Kabu and Raihan basically had a whole lot. But when it got to Allister at 0:30 I didn't hear much cheering.. I mean, there was the background cheering, but what im talking about were all the excited fans. I guess some of them were there, but their cheering was a little softer than the others. This is kinda making me sad..
Allister Bean The commenter was saying that a ghost girl took a picture of Allister (“his picture” was referring to Allister’s picture, not the ghost girl’s)
- hides his face from others - doesnt like being around people - likes to wear baggy clothes - rocks back and forth on his feet and sways his arms - doesnt like to speak much sounds like a touch of the ‘tism
Shannon Howard I know but he should just keep to himself. If he is that mean he would just think it. Not be rude to the people in the world. Don’t say it out loud. He can think it but not say it.
@@user-ny8sd5vi4l It is true, it's better to keep rude things to yourself then to throw it out, but there isn't much we can do, as this is the Internet and people usually don't listen to reason.
there could have been so many great interactions with the characters, but because allister, melony, bea, and gordie are dependent on the version, we don't get to see much of them. kind of obvious that bea and melony were the intended characters based on their gym locations.
I kind of like how sword and shield took a bit of an anime style kind of story here with the more comedy bits meanwhile the overall story shouldve had a bit of a rework.
