Ultra Moon is a really great game for this challenge. You get some pretty decent variety via the totem stickers and random gift pokemon like Eevee and Poipole, at the same time the bosses are no joke especially the totems and Ultra Necrozma.

Fun time on Alola! It's more fun to watch someone play through Alola (and edit it down to the important bits) than actually play it myself :p I can see "THIS KNOWLEDGE IS USELESS!" get meme'd a lot in your subreddit :p Cradily can still be a decent physical attacker, it gets Swords Dance. Another fun type of challenge you could do is Sword/Shield with mono-type teams. Just ask you Patreons to pick the type! I'm doing one with Ground types and discovering that Sandaconda and Claydol are awesome!
