The game has been on the making publically for 3 years, and sold millions of copies already. If Nintendo didn't sue them then, they sure as heck ain't gonna do it now.

The important part is the invisible triangles that make up the models. If they were copies they’d be very similar but as they’re made from scratch with at most inspiration from Pokemon. Legally there’s nothing to be done and good too, it’s a great game from a great company
I feel like Nintendo won’t sue because based on the way the community has responded to pal world and all the support it received from the community, if they sue if would probably cause Nintendo to get a bad reputation which I’m fairly certain they dont want
Boo hoo if palworld gets sued, They just change the designs and Nintendo has no grounds to sue, I heard it has some of the Pokémon skins and the gameplay of Ark
