@@themammoth9051 He's gone too power-crazy. Even worse, he lost control of himself after losing twice in a row to two Unova heroes. He was too power-crazy for his own good.

you can get it from riolu, it's from flocessy ranch with 5% rate

You can get Riolu at Flocessy Ranch but make sure it dosent faint because it need to have enough friendship to evolve
