Dude- the ticking in the background makes the song sound creepier- more like an actual threat. If you lose, you know very well what dangers could be released. It’s just a matter of time, as the clock ticks down until the final hour. It definitely gives this theme a more menacing tone
This picture gave me some inspiration for an animation. Gotta learn the particles. On another note, i have a feeling that scarlet particles should go up, while violet ones go down(like they're falling, but when reversing time to get to the past, the falling would mean moving upwards), but at the same time for whatever reason i wanna make it go the other way. What do you think the solution to that dilemma should be?
I don’t do a lot of work with particles, but I think in this instance the best thing to do would be to render the two sets of particles in different transparent scenes with different settings and then putting them together in compositing. I don’t know how to work with particle settings yet, so I’m afraid you’ll have to find alternative resources.
@@cornballdangernoodle oh, no, the particles are 100% going to be in different sets. The movement will definitely be easier to write this way+they'll need to appear in different locations(one from falling from above, the other ascending from below). I'm planning on maybe even having them 1 at a time in different videos of this animation(i'll probably connect them to Juno's remixes, and use both in a mashup. Depends on if they will be good by themselves or not) I realised i didn't give enough context, but basically, imagine snow and reverse snow from below. I'll do something like that+the pocket watch just always moving like a pendulum (gonna have to figure out how to formula movement. Hopefully it is possible in blender). I'm asking if the snow should be violet and reverse snow red(because of the direction time travels in to get to that point), or the opposite because i feel like it. Now that i think about it, i should probably get to the point where color matters in the fucking slightest before asking, as i might solve it by myself
If you're meaning something like pokemon emerald, then maybe it would be a double battle against both of them? Or maybe the whole game could be kinda paradoxical and switch between the scarlet and violet universe? Personally, I like the concept of the (quite unlikely) third version putting the "paradox" into the paradox pokemon.
If everything was combined the ending would have been even sadder because on top of everything else including Arven losing TWO parents, the AIs would have had to split up to go to their respective times.
