Hi Trainers! Welcome to my Pokemon Unite beginner guide! In this guide, we'll be going through Pokemon Unite roles, moves, items, terminology, map and objectives, lane postions and more! I researched and worked on this for a while so I really hope it helps you get started in Pokemon Unite!

For those who still didn't understand the roles Attackers = Carry Defenders = Tanks Speedsters = Assassins Supporters = Support(obviously) All rounders = Bruisers or any flex pick

The only difference is that tanks are actual tanks with a cannon.

This guide is amazing! It covers so much in such a short span of time and you explain everything in an organised fashion that’s easy to understand. It’s not some 30 minute guide that never explains terminology (which leaves new players even more confused than before).

i hope everyone really understands the roles for the lanes. i like when people have set jobs and actually do them instead of just being everywhere. Haha but the games not even out yet so i guess we will see

Honestly, from a gameplay standpoint it don’t think it can compare to LoL smite or dota. But because it is for mobile I will definitely play it. Because it looks cute and fun my only fear is that the game will be to simple

Hi Teeds! I just came back here just to say thank you so much for this guide!! This was the first video guide I watched for Unite and this really helped me a lot when I was starting. Now I just reached Masters Rank after a long journey in the Ranked Mode! I really owe it to you and the other content creators for Pokemon Unite. This is my first MOBA too so it has been really quite a rough journey for me especially that I solo queue Supporters most of the time. Nevertheless, I just wanted to extend my deepest gratitude to you! Hope you continue to inspire other people!! For the people that are reading this, reaching Masters is really possible! Just remember to take rests and breaks whenever it's already overwhelming you! Good luck!

Thanks so much! The terminology alone was super helpful as I've watched some other tutorials where terminology wasn't explained so I only partly understood. Subbed out of excitement for the game and the awesome analysis. I hope that it's not too freemium and those who do pay money don't get an advantage or at least not too big of one. What is nice is hopefully we will see immediate tournament support as TPCI has infrastructure for tournaments. So organized play should be fairly immediate.

Such a nice guide, good paced with really good information! :D When I played the game and had to make a video I didn't know any names of majority of the things, like the goal zones and aoes energy and I had a hard time figuring out the Pokemon roles too xD So this is a really nice guide that explain everyhing pretty well 👍⭐👏

Played my first online match just now and I had almost no idea what to do, so this video helps a lot! Still managed to place first so I guess everyone else didn't know what to do either lol Edit: Played a few games, and either people are really bad or I'm playing with bots or something. I'm always on top, and usually with a pretty big margin

Nice video, really thank you :D I noticed that in the bot lane there are a few more wild pokémons, so maybe it's better that a Pokémon who need a large amount of experience to start doing something (like Garchomp) goes bot and other Pokémons, like Cramorant, who needs less Exp to be good in fight goes top

I've always wondered, in MOBAs it seems the top and bottom lanes are usually identical....so how is it decided some units are better for top and some for bottom?

Ok so one thing to understand is that a lot of poeple playing unite are new to mobas. I came because I like pokemon, the genre is new to me. So making a lot of mistakes. Please experts be easy on us. By making mistakes we learn and can become better. Thanks for this beginner video, it was needed because I have no clue what's going on

Fyi for anyone watching, this is based off of the beta. There are a lot of changes since the game has released so you should look for a more recent video.
