Most people will never seen this trainer in game but you've seen her losing screen everywhere most likely.
The problem is that the chance of getting this fight is like 1 percent or something. Stupidly low in the Battle Maison. To see that dialogue, you can't even play doubles to double your chances of doing it. I got practically every other trainer you could get before getting her.
