You’re being a polar bear simp. A 3 to 400 pound grizzly ran of the cowardly polar bears. They want no smoke. Polars only fight seals at the most an a grizzly is too aggressive and much more of a fighter
Cuz it’s built for that so it’s not as impressive. For example if I swam underwater for an hour with scuba gear it’s not as impressive as if I were to do it in just shorts
@@stopmotioninc. swimming is three times more tiring than running also consider that the polar bear hunts seals that in the water are much faster than him ... totally distorted
@@foxdog5899 Yes but you do not know how long a polar bear will chase a seal before it gets tired while the proof here says that a grizzly bear will go 28 mph for 2 miles
@@esnardecastro5959thats not entirely true. In wildlife, polar bears tend to avoid grizzly bears. Not because they can't defat it or scared, they're just too problematic to deal with. Polar bears cant really afford the injuries after the fight with grizzly, so its just not worth it. But in a fight to death where both bears go full power, polar bear wins
Its not hard to make up things polar bears would demolish grizzly bears in a fight as grizzlies are omnivores and polar bears are pure carnivores they bite harder, they are larger, and have thicker fur
Yes in the wild where some polar bears and grizzlies interact they can smell grizzlies from a mile away. And do you know what the polar bears do after catching their scent? They turn around and head the other direction to get the hell away lol. Don't believe me look it up
In the wild? The polars have no competition besides orcas. That softens them in a combat sense. Grizzlys have a wider variety of creatures challenging them for food even if it's not a victory
Polar bear’s have to deal with Oxen, Walruses, Elephant seals, Wolverines, grizzly’s that live up North, and wolves. Do your research before making such big claims and he’s besides with Polar bears they can’t eat anything BUT meat so if they fail at hunting they die and not to mention how tough life is being in the Arctic circle in general it makes a Polar bear’s life quite hard. Considering that their the only solely meat eating bear on earth it makes them the only bear’s that will ACTIVELY hunt humans, so to think that their softer than Grizzly’s is ridiculous
Grizzlies prob have more fighting experience the only advantage i see is a grizzly being more fed , and is thicker then polar bear prob b coin toss depending on the bear
@@selinaasare4073 Kodiak bear is stronger than polar bear but it isn't stronger than grizzly bear. Grizzly bear is the most powerful land predator on the Earth
Studies have shown Brown Bears have stronger bite forces. Also, Brown Bears are more aggressive. Whenever these two meet the Brown Bear always pushes the Polar around
@@user-dy5yu3hi3o I'll find the study and link it here later. It basically said how the Polar evolved to bite mostly just fat blubber while Brown Bears use their jaws and teeth for much tougher material resulting in denser skulls and more powerful bite forces
Well, the stronger bite part does seem true. Grizzly bears and Kodiaks do have more robust jaws than polar bears, so shouldn't be too surprising. Can I see those studies of yours?
I agree. It has to do with the environment. If both meet in Alaska then yes Grizzlies have an advantage, but if they were to meet somewhere more isolated, mainly Ice and snow surrounded by cold water them Polars have the advantage.
Diet doesn't nessicarily have anything to do with it There are plenty of prey animals that are disaterious to go against Take a moose for example. A more "aggressive" animal ≠ stronger either. In this case you got to take in consideration their actual physical attributes. That said grizzly bears are just generally more built when it comes to fighting/going against creatures more their size. Meanwhile while yes polar bears are very hostile and wouldn't hesitate to put you into the afterlife if you think about it, most their prey are creatures that generally can't put up much of a fight up again at it. Think about it. There's no "grappling" going on when it comes to snacking down on a seal. For the larger prey they go against to they still don't fight the same way a grizzly has to. This also shows with how surprisingly small their claws are. Yeah those claws WILL work on the prey they chase after but against a grizzly? That's not going to really cut it. They still have their bite too of course but grizzly bears are very tanky. It would be a good long grapple back and forth before the polar bear would be able to BITE down on the grizzly and i can assure you the grizzly isnt going to just stand there and let it. The thing is too polar bears simply just don't have much stamina when it comes to being on land. They are evolved to take down mostly sea creatures and to deal with a cold environment where they won't overheat. (icy water) I don't think the grizzly would immediately dominate a polar bear by any means but i also don't see many situations where a polar can fight on long enough to murk a grizzly
Bro its such a misconception to think herbivores or omnivores are usually weaker than carnivores. Look at Hippos or Elephants that are usually destroying their foes.
@@hehe-tr5zi This!!! I find many people always praising the "big bads" like lions, wolves, tigers etc but rarely do I ever see that same passion put forth for prey animals. Maybe it could partly just be the fact you don't see apex predators getting "hunted" as often and as humans we will tend to instinctively try and side with something less likely to die? Though this is just a huge guess I have nothing like reasearch to back it. I definitely am not exempt from this sadly, I've always just found more intrest in apexs predators personally, but I still try my best to be /fair/ when comparing two creatures. Lions for example, people give wayyy too much credit. Pack/herd animals in general actually tend to be either overlooked or overpraised 😂 Likely cause it is pretty hard to analyze an animal by itself when they are so commonly known for their skills as a pack/herd rather than by itself. Went on a bit of a tangent there but its definitely a relief to know some people out there realize meat eater ≠ stronger
The biggest thing that people overlook in this matchup is the willingness to fight to the death. If it was a real scenario, the Polar bear is typically a loner, therefore if it just sustains an injury it is likely to retreat out of pure survival instincts. Whereas the grizzly a lot of times for them establishing dominance is more important than living. Grizzlies will fight with everything they got.
@@JEkawaiolaP14 That is totally true. Though to give the benefits of the doubt to the other end, it wouldn't be much of a fight anylasis if we just went "well polar bear wouldn't fight grizzly realistically... therefore grizzly wins" This rule generally applies to other fight matchups I've (personally) seen too, especially prey vrs predators. Like yeah, clearly the prey /would/ want to more focus on fleeing. I like to think the point in these debates though is to assess both creatures for their abilities and judge the fight more on that then say "x animal is very flighty and wouldn't risk a battle" Yk?
Bro seriously thinks that a small 300 kg grizzly would have any chance against the king of bears, the POLAR BEAR, which weighs up to 700 kg 🐻❄️🐻❄️🐻❄️
yh u got those numbers from nowhere. Grizzlys can wegh up to about 600-700 kg and polar bears could weigh even less it completely depends on each but if both prime there isn't much in it
I solo both The bear gets strength, stamina, power, weapons. I get speed, agility, intelligence, combat intelligence, experience, skill, combo, martial arts,stamina,reflex/reaction, abilities, hacks. I'm winning
Im using the grizzly bear for this as its my favorite Out of these two Speed easily goes to the grizzly it can run at 56 km/h faster than any human ever, bear gets Experience its been hunting for its entire life, easily gets stamina they can run for hours. The grizzly easily gets abilities and hacks grizzlies have massive claws and a bite force stronger than a tiger. The grizzly destroys you in Your prime negative difficulty they tank shotgun blasts and only Get pissed of they kill moose and back in the 1800 people feared them as much as armed people. You would need a minigun or bazooka to stand a chance and Even then it might win with how fast it is and how hard its gonna be to hit
This isn’t exactly talking about them in a full on fight, but rather which one has the certain attributes or abilities better than the other. The grizzly would obviously lose a fight to a polar bear, that’s why things such as physical strength were given to the polar bear. The grizzly just won the edit battle, not an actual battle
@@stopmotioninc. Okay but this isn’t a fictional hypothesis, it’s a real world hypothesis. In the real world, it’s pretty clear cut that bigger animals will almost always win against a smaller animal (Unless said animals have specific niches or adaptations to counteract that)
@@user-dy5yu3hi3opolar bears don’t reach 1700 pounds like the internet says or 1500 they reach more like 1100 and even then a 900 pound grizzly is more aggressive and robust and is built for fighting in the hot summer unlike the polar bear who has no energy when it overheats
@@ichbinderhund2109 Thats exactly what i said grizzly bears mostly hunt moose dear squirrels fish and rodents but they are the biggest and strongest predator on land they are technically a predator u do ur maths straight :)
Personally, the Polar Bear wins high difficulty. Its main drawback is its stamina and energy levels. It would try and end the fight as quickly as possible to conserve it for hunting and mating rights.
Polar bears sometimes get stuck on ice that broke off from the main piece of large ice and they end up swimming for miles to land nonstop. They get stamina. Not a single grizzly has ever been recorded doing this
This fight happens in the wild all the time and ever time the grizzly’s Bully the polar bears. Simply put, even though their smaller grizzly’s are one of the most aggressive and ballistic animals on the planet with almost no fear of anything else, they send animals far bigger than them like polar bears running
Sad thing that polar bears are actually more than 70% smaller than they used to be few decades ago because the lack of food (globlal warming-ice thaws sooner A and freezes later and they need ice to hunt for seals)
DAMN!! That's the best video of grizzly vs polar bear I've seen so far.. Bro puts all the proofs behind the points.. All are unbiased and accurate👌🗿🗿... Still I give the polar bear the win, just cuz of considerable size advantage but it's gonna be high difficulty ..
How was the environments? Were the polar bears all male? Did the polar bear die, or run away? If they ran away, then that doesn't mean shit. Unlike a grizzly bear, polar bears avoids fighting other bears due to the risk of getting badly injured. They just decides that it's not worth it, so, it has nothing to do with being weaker. If a polar bear went all out, it would definitely win.
