How do you check the battery level on the thing? Says it wants to sync, but how? Says its synced automatically after training. But how on earth do you log training in the app?

What's the the difference between 0H1 and H10?!

OH1 is an armband that uses optical technology and the H10 goes into your chest and uses electrodes for heart rate measure.

Is the OH1 supposed to be charged when it arrives? It will not light up and when I plug it in I and press the button I see no lights flashing. Please help me turn it on or find out if its a dud.

Hi there! We recommend that you charge the battery before you start using your OH1. If the battery is completely empty, it may take a moment for the charging to start. For more information, please check this website: support.polar.com/en/setting-up-your-oh1

This thing blows... It will not connect, and you are better off calculating your heart rate by using the sound of the crickets you are passing while you run.
