@@justahuman5342 ah, that. The thing is, I got a pretty bad case of "stupid bug causes demotivation" syndrome. At this rate, it would have released nearly a full year after 2.2 itself, which would completely defeat the point of it, being "a 2.2 celebratory layout". Soooo i don't think it's gonna come out. Sorry :( If it's any consolation, I have another GD project which is actually almost done, though it's a fair bit more stupid than the new dawn layout :3 My hint is that it relates to the RU-vidr Valefisk.
in true gd colon fashion, that one, being the original jump that the entire level is based on, is a total troll. there is no coin, if you jump on it as you've gotten used to you just fall into the ceiling of the level. furthermore, the actual main path of gameplay is shifted over to the right a bit to make it that much harder and more tempting to take the blue pad. overall it resulted in the vast majority of my suffering, since I'd either fall for it, or the different timing would mess up my flow and cause me to die on the next one of the jumps.
