at 7:20 u put a washer that was on your seat under the teather poll mount! take that washer out! it screws up the teather cap connection, thats why sled keeps stalling on u in other video when the teather is slightly moved! i learned that the hard way one night! 🖒👌
I don't understand why they are not mandatory on all snowmobiles. I've watched my cousin's sled run away when the bars broke and he fell off. I've wore mine since that incident. A few stucks from getting it caught on my gear is a small price to pay for the safety it brings. They should be standard on all machines and worn by everyone.
Can we do this to older sleds I'd like to drop weight and if I can get rid of the safety shutoffs like frs, keys for a tether I'm modding a 99 Yamaha mm700 it's heavy
I had a friend have his throttle get stuck wide open semt his sled half way up a 200ft rock face till the belt blew and over reved and the pistons shattered before he could get to it
Hi louie, I recently bought a Teather for my 2001 sxr 500 and I'm having trouble getting it to work. The sled runs on a open circuit so when I hit the kill switch it makes the circuit and turns it off. It has 3 wires and I have no clue where to splice into. It the cheapest Teather I found on the Internet and is nothing special. I was wondering if you have any info that can help?-Nick
Bob's your uncle saying catch phrase dating back to 1887, when, in a blatant show of favoritism, British Prime Minister Robert Cecil decided to appoint his nephew Arthur Balfour to the prestigious post of Chief Secretary for Ireland. Meaning to easy
none of the polaris sleds come with a teather! only the kids 120 for some odd reason! trail sleds u have to install yourself. metal clip does suck! steel your buddys plastic clip off his Skidonkey dess key! lol
