This is the rack for those who enjoy taking their Polaris RZR’s on long expeditions and want to take everything with them. One of the first Cargo Racks that Jim Todd developed for RBO, his vision was a true multi-purpose cargo rack, with ultimate functionality. Along with functionality, Jim wanted a look that would enhance any Side x Side. Jim spent hundreds of man hours developing and testing the Expedition Cargo Rack™ on his UTV. He traveled thousands of miles in his Side x Side, and was able to thoroughly evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the rack. Over the years, Jim has gone through dozens of designs; modifying everything from the shape of the tailgate, the height of the top tray, to the height of the fuel mounts until he got it just right. Rick, what is it that that your talking about? What door? The rear door on the cage for the General like you have on the razor? And if so I wish you would have contacted me sooner about it as I just received the rack.

What size spare tire can fit on the inside of your GP rack? Would like to carry a 29" spare tire on the inside with 2 Rotopax gas cans on the outside if that is possible.

The GP rack wasn't necessarily designed to mount a spare tire to the inside, due to space constraints.

I have the first rack that RBO produced. It was cheaply made. the back swinging door broke off when you put a spare tire on it. After a short 4 months. RBO doesn't warranty their stuff so proceed with caution.

I had the rack for 4 months before it broke. I tried contacting RBO and they had no interest in fixing the problem

Do you have a rack system for the spare tire. We are looking for something so we can go long distance riding and need all the rm we can get. Thank you

@@marknoyes9611 We do not offer a tailgate to the General as it becomes a safety issue due to the weight of the tire and the dump bed feature on the Generals. We do not recommend mounting it to the outside of the rack so the best option would be to set the tire in an upright position inside the bed and then strap it against the side frame. Hope that helps!

It looks pretty awesome. But $180 for shipping is pretty steep. Especially when I can get tires and wheels shipped FREE that weigh a lot more than this.

We do not make a rack that will fit a 2011 RZR 800. Our 570/800 Expedition Rack only fits from 2012-Current. Thanks for watching!
