Polaris rzr 1000 stalls out or wont idle randomly tmap sensor connector replacement 

im having a similar problem. motor runs like a scalded dog but when I let off gas it dies at times. Will try jiggling the wire like you did to see if that does anything. Appreciate the simple, straightforward video!

Thanks!!! Literally walked out to the garage and did this wiggle test and it stalled, I thought it was the clutch or fuel issue.

This helps me...I just replaced both fuel injector connectors and my main miss/sputter went away. I wriggled the Tmap connector and it died. Going to order a new right now...thanks

I was at the dunes, I did get a code once and unfortunately I don't recall what the code was. but the code led me to this fix. the tell tale is the wiggling of the wires Killing the motor.

Great video! I have a 2016 RZR 1000xp highlifter that will start every time but won’t idle just dies. It has no check engine lights at all. Fuel pressure is good; injectors misting; compression is 200 ; etc etc. anymore places to look?

We have a 2014 Rzr 1000. 2500miles on it. Runs great. However, at idle and only after engine is warm it will die. We have never had a starting issue and it starts back up fine. No engine noise (people keep suggesting valve issue). It will start and idle for hour no problem. But after running around for awhile it will die only at idle. No check engine light. 2 or 3 times it has backfired. Think seperate problem?

Help pls 2018 polaris razor xp turbo when I start everything is normal ,but once in a while idle goes down ,for 1or 3 second other then that it runs normal not issues at all God bless you guys

Hi, I have a 2014 Polaris RZR 1000. I am getting the code 0 3056 2. Mine is also dying after its warmed up and will do this limp mode thing. I wiggled the wires though and it didn't die. Is there something else I should be checking or just go ahead and replace the connector?

What were your engine codes leading up to finding the bad connection

The same harness problem can throw the 65590 and 65592 codes? These are a misfire but i changed the plugs, belt new and stay whit that codes, sometimes into in a limp mode and my rzr die!

Was there a 105 3 check engine code? That’s the code I’m getting.

Did u get a code at all 520344 and do u know what it can be maybe the fuel injectors cuz my 2017xp1000 is only going 40mph

This happens to me when the Rzr gets hot I push on the wire and it turns off could this be the problem

Could this wiring harness problem cause rzr to sputter and backfire after riding for about 15 mins ?
