Had no idea this existed. Took about 6 weeks, but it totally transformed my rzr s 900. Thanks for posting. The s 900 is the unloved stepchild of the rzr family. Amazing machine for trails. Small footprint and plenty of power.
Hey buddy, thanks a lot for tuning in! We totally agree, the S900 is THE RZR that really gets it done. It's so flexible and versatile. Benny has taken his on 300' desert dune climbs without skipping a beat. I'm sure we'll grab up a more powerful unit in the future but no need to rush; plenty for now!
Sorry for the delayed response my friend, but thanks for the compliment. I bought this kit from UTVFX.com. They have a ton of them and you can customize them with your own colors. Mine is lime squeeze.
I don’t understand… how did the front drop 4.5” if you never changed or modified the windshield frame?… And what aftermarket manufacturer did you use… link?
When you drop the rear, the front automatically drops along with it; however, the windshield area of the cage doesn't itself change in geometry. The link is in the description my friend. It's definitely worth the buy!
No, it will not fit because the rear cage drops so much. If I were to install a rear windshield I would probably make my own out of some polyglass bought from my local hardware store. You would be amazed how easy it is.
Looking at buying a 2019 900s carry over . I would need to get this cage to fit it into my garage..would this void a polaris warranty though? Keep up the good work guys!
michael C it shouldn’t but if you’re buying from a dealer make sure you ask that dealer if it will because they’re the ones that are going to do the warranty work on your unit. In my experience bolt-ons rarely void any warrantees because the manufacturers know we’re going to do these types of upgrades. Now once you start tuning engines and upgrading clutches, etc. is a different story.
If its financed thru synchrony did you know that they do zero percent for active duty military? I just boight a 19 rzr turbo and after financing thru the dealer I called them and they dropped my interest rate to zero!
@@RZRDREAMS no problem. They will give you a fax number and you fax them your acct number and les.. They go above and beyond with the military relief act. If you buy new again, you'll get a interest rate from the start.. But once the loan is processes, that when you send the info in..or anytime during the loan. My payment dropped 80 bucks.. 212 for my rzr turbo. Where are you stationed?
Wow, yeah I can imagine. I think I'm going to put some 14" Methods with 28" Fuel Grippers this summer. It's hard to let these tires go though, they're so good!
Justin Bolton hey thanks! You can get them at UTVFX. They’re located on the Polaris website once you go into accessories within the RZR pages. Just look for wraps.
K Wendez hey buddy! Thanks that means a lot to us! The low pro drop cage was about $475. In my opinion a no-brainer. That is the boss sound bar. It works really well but the best part is the controller. I really like it; not much bass though. Thanks for tuning in my friend!
Sacrificing integral strength by stressing the front half from pulling down, and also loosing the back supports, could be wrong? It looks aggressive but errrr.....
Brett Forbes it doesn’t torque the front mounting points of the roll cage. We feared that it might but it actually doesn’t. There is enough play in the bolting that allows for the drop to work without jeopardizing the integrity of the cage. It’s a solid upgrade my friend.
Yes, Polaris does manufacture a 900 4-seater; however, if you're going that route our advice would be to spend the extra money and get the 1000. You won't regret that decision.
@@RZRDREAMS Sorry for the confusion. I have a RZR 900 4 seater and would like to drop the cage with this Bolt-On system. Is there an option to use this system for my 4S 900?
Jasie, thanks for reaching out. At the time of this post there was not an option for a 4-seater; however, my advice would be to call the folks over at CW motorsports (link in the description) and see if they have anything new in the pipeline. You never know!
400 bucks!?!? whata scam.. especially for a mod that can be done for free, i mean you could litterally buy the welder and all the tools needed for less and keep them once your done.. 400 hundred for 40 bucks in pipe... bahahahahahahahaha
