How do you not see a big ass yellow school bus with red flashing lights? There is NO excuse for not stopping. It only takes 30 seconds for the stop. Is it really worth possibly running over a kid over 30 seconds of waiting time?

Forget fines, if you get caught blowing past a stopped bus your car should be impounded for at least a day.

If someone gets pulled over for this and responds with "Didn't see the bus" Then that person should have their driver's license suspended until they can pass an eye exam issued by the DMV.

What about when the bus whips out its stop sign while you’re in the middle of passing by going the other way? Even if you slam on your brakes, you’re not going to be able to stop in time.

If you don't see the bus, ticket + 1 month suspension. If you see the bus and ignore it, ticket and 1 year suspension. Ignoring is worse.

Excuses will not get you out of a fine but will make you look stupid

All right you are able to stop for a school bus when a school bus is near a student stop or house it turns on the yellows that means slow down when the school bus comes to a complete stop and it has red on that means stop do not pass. And I actually have a hard time believing in the guy who said he couldn't see the school bus because they made school buses for a reason so you can easily spot them that's why I heard an other videos they said that they made school buses yellow for reason see how you can easily spot them stopping and picking there students or dropping off there students. I was watching this video of people who wouldn't stop for a school bus and two boys they were twins and their sister got killed from a driver who didn't stop for the school bus come on stop for a school bus don't put a student's life in danger because you want to be careless.

Have parents to take their kids to school. That'll save on insurance, gas, repairs, etc.

Some of the bus drivers don't completely pull over though; they are partially in the street. Its no excuse for the drivers but it also increases the chances of an incident or accident.
