@@berndlottes9940 They're brave enough to choose to do this for a living. Because God knows your pussy ass wouldn't intervene to stop shit like this for the community.
@@multiverse1339 this in my uncle he didn’t steal shit dumb a$$ he took my aunts car didn’t mean to call you that but ik you don’t know but he robbed a liquor store and had someone at gun point
Why dont they just attach one of those scrapyard large electromagnets to the helicopter, dangle it down and lift him up into the air and fly him to a police compound??? Heck they could even do it with a large drone so as no risk to a pilot... There you go, police chase issues solved. Thank me later.
I don't think a news helicopter or a drone can pick up a 3,000 + pound car with what your suggesting. A larger military helicopter would do the trick though. On the other hand, the guy may sue who owns the helicopter if they scratch the roof on his car, providing it's his car and not stolen.
Cause police like to be in these high pursuit even if they won’t admit it gives them some action makes them feel like their in the movies otherwise they got nothing to do but harass people and get fat eating donuts
That’s not a teachable moment! It’s common sense. A teachable moment would be how to be alert at all times especially when hearing sirens even if faint because there could be some idiot running from police and breaking all types of traffic laws which could lead to you getting into an accident or if not worse killed.
I love my music but I am always listening or watching my front, back and sides. I just can't understand why they think running is a good idea. Common sense isn't common anymore.
I know ! Length of distance divided by duration of time = speed. It's wrong to say "rate of speed" when they mean "speed". Rate of Speed is acceleration or deceleration depending on whether speed is going up or down.
This is the best and most proficient news copter commentator ever you kick ass Rick....I could never be a cop like my pops cause I would beat the shit out of this fool for endangering so many innocent people
Jacke, he is being paid to come up with this commentary, and has a news director in his ear. His name is Rick Dickert(we don't believe it either), and he's a meteorologist(aka weather person). He seems to be the only one at Fox11 that's willing to fly over the city.
I like Rick. He really does know his stuff better than the other stations in LA. He does the weather and traffic reports and is usually up in the helicopter.
Times change fast and with over population even faster and faster updates. Thanks to your tax dollars I would not be surprised if the cops know by now to install extra cams in hospitals and malls.
Nice timing on the pit! Not like some I have seen done with no regard to on coming traffic. Or even considering others knowing what direct the car will spin.
He’s telling us exactly what the driver is doing, where he’s going, whether there’s traffic, whether there’s about to be a pit maneuver...has it ever crossed the news reporter’s mind that he’s unwittingly helping the suspect get thru traffic and get away? No doubt they’re tuning in to see what’s being said about them 🙄
Of course, there are those get away. But it means there was no helicopter above. They can't get away with helicopter hovering above them, relaying every move and location.
I am sure that the SUV would have no problem manouvering and catching up with a porch, which is after all, an attachment on the front of a house and is not going anywhere fast, or even slowly either. This is unlike a Porche car which is not a building, and can outrun anything made in the good ol' USA. Also could you please explain what an animal vet has to do with anything here. Thank you.
In Edmonton, Canada, the transit system police ride around on segways, with silly lights on a pole.it just cancels any vibe of safety, authority, competence.mall cop vibe
Bravo the police, you do a dangerous job that deserves our respect. I would add that I agree with the police who cause a crash to stop these crazy people from the road.
Ever notice in so many of these chases that right when they're about to take down the perp there just happens to be a tree in the way? Watch for it. Also, the Fox crew always seem to zoom out more so you can see what the hell is going on around the feeling vehicle. Now watch coverage from other sources and they always stay zoomed in so you see nothing but a car and pavement and have no idea what's about to happen. Boring. So kudos to the Fox crew. Stay zoomed out guys, you're doing the right thing.
Exactly! I'm pretty sure it's the beginning of an arboreal takeover. Right now they're just messing with our heads to break our focus but you just wait...
By the by, my first post definitely counts as oversharing. Holy. The club bore - every group has one. That was supposed to be my inside voice. Apologies everyone. Cooped up too long...
At 7:15, the guy in the helicopter narrating this chase refers to the robbers as "robberees". I guess the cops will eventually 'dollarize" the cost of this chase.
Unbelievable that they got behind that tree at the exact second they were going to take him down. That's what everyone, I guess, looks for to see! Oh well. I'm glad I fast forwarded to the end and didnt spend the whole time watching it.
