Police chase ends in gun point arrest in Los Angeles 

Hawthorne PD chase down a pickup truck and stop it at gun point whilst other police cars are responding into the scene with rumbler siren blaring. The officers are quick to arrest the suspect whilst they keep their firearms pointed at the truck.
A civilian, seen running at 0:17, turns up to the scene in a black BMW X5 at 0:57 and starts shouting at the suspect.
I do not know anymore about the incident, but it looks as if it could have been a domestic issue.
