Sir, Umar you are doing very good. I want to share something which may not appealing you as good. These lectures are broken in series, I mean whenever one searches for any topic he/she is unable to finds that all in series, mainly because, in this commercial world nothing is free even noble profession of education as well. but it is not true that these (broken) lectures whichever are available are free or for the sake people's good (fee sabeel Ul Allah) only, there's "monetization" involved behind every lecture/video. My question why can't be a series of lectures be uploaded for good earning through monetization? Note: No reply is expected. Regards,

I have a question Sir - Whether a police constable after getting 2 years unpaid leave can do any private job ? With the permission of IG can a constable do that? Is it permitted in the police rules, if yes then under what rules?
