Polish has a more difficult grammar (variation of nouns, adjectives, and pronouns depending on the context). Polish pronunciation is generally harder to learn. However, the Swedish language has a much more difficult spelling. Polish is a phonetic language (you write as you say) - Swedish is not a phonetic language. Although there are many rules for pronunciation, there are almost as many exceptions. Objectively Swedish is more similar to English and for this can be simpler to learn for most people. This is probably also the reason why Swedes speak English very well. :)

I really want to learn Swedish,it sounds nice but very difficult to read at the same time.
